Ordered a fishing rod and went smoothly, early delivery and product arrived unscathed and intact, well packaged. Great communication throughout process and great follow up.

Information from store people was accurate and my order was made quickly. On-line ordering was easy and I will order again from Tackle Direct when the need arises.

Wasted a lot of time on the phone waiting for customer service to pick up the phone. Worse customer service experience. My business from now on is elsewhere

I didn't think I could get this reel any more. I love the smooth mechanism and the rear drag. I came fast and was exactly what I ordered AND at a terrific price.

I ordered the wrong stock number for a rod that wanted rod was on back order and hadn't been shipped when I discovered my mistake customer service no problem Ofer changed love my new rod

I missed the confirmation email. I sent a note inquiring about my order and was told it was being made and shipping shortly. I was notified of shipping and received my rods in perfect shape.

In these times i figured it would be tough to get my order together and delivered in a timely manner. Even after i myself made a mistake in my order, i was able to get issue fixed and got it promptly

I am trying to return my rod and have contacted twice. I need a return shipping label for my faulty rod and have not gotten it yet. Please send to my email ASAP!

I got my item an it was already opened wasn't even in its packaging an it was slowly leakin out of the bottle.I emailed them an they never replied so probably won't shop here again..

Overall shopping experience was great, time of delivery was great. Only issue was after using one of the 2 Tsunami Airwaves Coastal Casting rod, one of them snapped in half.

While it did take a little longer to recieve my package it was fine because whenever I contacted your company I always got a quick response and helpful response.

Next to impossible to contact anyone its really gone down hill in the past month. I don't see what Covid has to do with not being able to answer the phone!

Not really a complaint but shipping was much slower than I've been accustomed to with Tackledirect but understandable with the circumstances. Looking forward to more five star service in the future

Power clips were small as advertised but they are difficult to use when attaching small to medium lures. I've had to use to next size up to accommodate split rings on lures.

Ordering was fine. Still waiting for a response after 3 emails regarding a return label. It's been over 30 days and still nothing back regarding return label.
