It was good. One item was put on back order and it came in a couple of weeks. It would have been nice to know that it was out of stock before the purchase.
Overall is great, just not too excited about the shipping wait. It took forever to get my rod. Nobody can beat quick TW shipping and delivery. Overall great, but shipping needs to get better.

No problems. Rod was wrapped securely in different packaging. No damage, unlike other 1-piece rods I've received from other companies in the past. Combo rod arrived on different day than reel.

Locating the item within the price range I wanted was easy and there were a number of options provided. I ordered a travel fishing rod which arrived quickly and was exactly what I was looking for.
The rod has a defective guide. Cost me a $100 wide tracker trolling bar when the bad guide cut thru 100 lb. braid the first time the rod was used, and a good sized bluefin tuna.
I didn't like a rod a ordered, but shipping it back from California was to expensive so I decided to keep it. Not your fault, but next time I'm buying to local to avoid that.

Your shipping process was a little confusing I am placing an order to be sent to and fpo ap address. System kept bouncing me back and forth between domestic and international shipping.
If it wasn't for the discount codes, I would not comeback and shop here because your competitors offer the same price (and free shipping) and delivers the products on a timely matter.
Your website is hard to navigate and I had to search a bit to find what I wanted. That said, you have good stuff and you ship international for the items I ordered.
I have placed more orders with them, the orders either haven't shipped or only partially shipped. They do not answer phone or email inquiries. I'm not happy.
Ordered 10 of an item. Tackle Direct replaced one with different item since not enough. Did not want replacement. Called Tackle Direct and they refunded for 1 item. Thanks for Great Customer Service.
It took several weeks to get delivery but considering the current pandemic and delivery problems it was not too bad. Got what I wanted and the product was not available anywhere else.
Had a slight issue with the manufacturer, soon as I contacted tackle direct they immediately called the manufacturer and solves the issue. Very good customer service.
I like the selection and organized structure of the website. What adds to a better experience is the product information and YouTube videos to describe the products I'm considering.
