I was order an Okuma PCH custom rod on May 28 at 2020
My $ as taken first day from my account after I had to wait 3 weeks to post my item out and than I haven't received my package
When I try to ask help from costumer service they did not help anything like 000
I think it's a great fishing tackle if you go personally pick up your staff but be careful when you order online from tackle direct
Was not informed at time of order that the product was not in stock. Product was ordered 2 weeks prior to going on vacation and needed the item before I left. If had know would not have placed order.
Always sending products from different warehouses and I make one order and get 5 different delivery dates and I won't be back. I'll just stick with tackle warehouse. Get everything the same day
The shipping was a little slow on back ordered items but good on the items they had in stock. Overall a good experience and competitive pricing. I will buy again from Tackle Direct.

Order was sitting for 10 days to ship because they didn't have 1 item until I called them and they partially shipped and days after I received all of it... it was just too slow shipment

Didn't get my order that they say was delivered and I tried to contact TackleDirect and was on hold for 30 min one day and the next 45 min with no answer or how much longer to wait for someone to answer please help me in resolving the problem with the order

Bought my item while on more coming and got a response a couple days later telling me how my item will be shipped and was delivered faster than expected.
I placed and order over 2 weeks ago for the Craws and I have heard nothing to this point. Please send me a response or update as to when I might expect delivery.
Customer service was quick to resolve and issue with a product that was not in stock. I changed by order easily with an email and the product shipped right away. Awesome service.
I received my order quickly, but one of the bottles had broken in transit. I called and a new replacement was sent promptly. The woman I spoke with was knowledgeable and polite.
Unfortunately you were out of stock for several items and I had to get from another supplier.

I know about the lock down in effect, but, it would have helped to get a detailed status e-mail regardless of the lock down. That way I could know what and where.

Seems like a lot of products are out of stock and then you must call to follow up about the order. Also, when you try to check online it gives you an error and you have to call customer service.
The only issue I had was, I was charged but never received a confirmation of payment received until about 6 weeks later. Other than that everything was great!
First half of my order came quick, had an back ordered item, which was not your fault. The shipping on item was all over the place took 3 weeks for one item, again not on you all
Better than BassProshops/Cabelas. Ordered Live Target Twitch Minnows and Swimming Shad from Bass Proshops and was backordered for FOUR months. Cancelled order, and found same products with TackleDirect. Had it in less than 10 days. Caught a bass on my first cast!
