The reels took forever and had a different tracking # that I had to call customer service twice to get.

I ordered a reel after a few days i received a email saying it shipped. The next day i got a email saying it was delivered. I contacted fed-ex they told me they picked up the package thed delivered it back to the same place. So i tryed a number of times to get ahold of tackeldirect the way they stated. And no response, after about 5 days i contacted paypal to file a dispute and they gave me a phone number to call first to talk to a person at tackeldirect to deal with the matter and the number was not a good number.i finally got my reel and never herd from them until they wanted a good rating. I would never order from them again.
