I placed an order and charged a price and an item was missing from my order. Enclosed inside the order was a new order form minus the item missing and a new price, I was still charged the original price and never charged the adjusted price. I tried multiple times to call the store and got nothing. I reached out on social media and got no response. I've sent an email and got no response. This is the worst customer service I've ever dealt with in my life and I will never give Tackle Direct my business ever again.
My order was for hooks. Half of the order arrived promptly. The second part of the order was back ordered. I contacted Tackle Direct and received an email with an estimated delivery date. The hooks arrived as promised.

Had a great experience with my first order from TackleDirect. I appreciate the updates regarding item availability and shipment. I had to contact customer service twice because one of the items ordered was unavailable and after I was refunded for said item. Customer service was great both times and was able to resolve the issue without any inconvenience on my part.
Not great. It takes a long time top confirm delivery then you make me confirm it. Figure it out
Before the pandemic the customer service was excellent but during the pandemic there was absolutely no customer service, can't get through with calls, replies to any email for weeks and didn't get my package for weeks when they were in stock. Can't wait until they get back to normal operations so the customer we service is back to normal!
I'm impressed with their service and tackle. They have a wide variety of tackle and equipment. Their customer service is great.
The item was out of stock so waited a month for delivery. TD was upfront and let me know they were having issues and it could take a month or longer. When I ordered there wasn't an indication of a delay or that the product was back ordered.
Overall,I bought equipment from tackle Direct before and it was delivereron time. My last order was delayed for a month before being sent.
Generally, Tackle Direct is OK with me.

Ordered an antiviral disinfectant/cleaning product that was out of stock due to Covid. Was advised it might take a few weeks to fill order. It did but I now have an ample supply of a great product. Color me satisfied!
I originally ordered one day shipping on July 1, but did not recieve order until July 8. I still dont know if I got charged $42 for next day shipping. She never really confirmed she would deduct that shipping rate from purchase price. But she said she would deduct it. Other than that, the items are what I ordered and I may order from your website again, but I wont use next day shipping!

Tackle Direct had a great price, the rod and reel we're great. They shipped it out very quickly and arrived at the post office fast.
Not Tackle Direct's fault but my mail lady wouldn't deliver the rod tube to my house, claimed it didn't fit in the truck, and I picked it up and out it in my Honda Civic!
Package tape was partially broken in transit, apparently detected by the delivery driver and returned to the local depot where box was re-taped, delaying delivery by one day. No contents were lost.
