Fast and easy shopping done from home or out on the waters. Vary maintain about in-stocked and out of stocked items. Out of stocked items can sometimes also be shipped, straight from the manufacturer to you to cut down on wait time.
The Order arrived late and I had to return it. The return process was not responsive. I just shipped it back and a refund appeared so that was fine.

When I placed my order there was no indication one item was on backorder. I don't think anyone from customer service ever responded to my email. That particular item was the reason I came to your site and when I didn't receive it before the day I was going fishing I just didn't bother looking into the matter any more. I don't get very many chances to go fishing.
One of the items was missing from my shipment. I contacted Tackle Direct 5 times through the web site without a response. After the sixth attempt at contacting, I finally received a response stating that the missing item was out of stock. I has been two months, and I still have not received the item. I was charged for the item and have not received the item or a refund. Tackle Direct has lost a customer over an $8 item...what a shame.
Numbers in the address were transposed. I called customer service and you quickly addressed the issue. The FedEx delivery was redirected and the package sent via USPS was resent after it was returned to you.
Service was "ok". Wrong item was shipped. I called and a a substitute item was initially ordered - not the same item but i was told it would be the same size. (ordered black 45 lb. snap swivels & rec'd chrome) the brand i was sent was black but 70 lb. - not the same size. They were going to charge me for the replacements until the TD customer service person & I discussed the situation & then the 70 #'s were sent at no charge.
Wrong item, wrong finish, then correct finish but wrong size - doubtful I would source TD again. This was my 1st experience with them.
The order was placed to be delivered by ups to a physical (rural home) location.
For some unknown reason the delivery was changed to a usps delivery. I don't get usps mail at the rural location thus the requested ups delivery to physical location. I eventually tracked my package down at the post office In one of the surrounding towns
I was impressed by tackledirect fast delivery and customer service. Tackle direct was the only place that had what I wanted ready to ship. 3 others online stores had it on back order. I needed it fast for a tournament that was quickly approaching. Thanks for being there for me
No one is answering the phone or responding to emails. I cant get a status of my order. The site wont allow me to cancel my order. I sent an email to cancel my order. I assume it's cancelled but I did not get any confirmation.
The service are not good.
In the company page today I have 2 orders partially shipped, the reward point service are a disaster, the respond of the customer service are slow etc...
In the future maybe explore other options for buy fishing equipment in the web.
Ordering service was good & fast delievery, but my purchased of a century rod 1145C is defective with a razor cut gash underneath the Reel seat. I'm trying to return it but customer service has not contact me for the last 2 days for further instructions. For a high century rod I'm guess I going to have to call it in at this point.
When I called in to customer service to ask if the items I was ordering were in stock. They told me yes. They also had me write in the special instructions that I wanted my order bubble wrapped and double boxed because of the weight and that was helpful so that none of my order fell out of the box.
I got what I ordered in about a week. Product was as advertised.
I spoke to service personnel because one of the items that I had ordered showed up as not in stock in the color that I wanted but I picked out a color that was in stock and it was sent straight away. Very satisfied
So the tracking(routing) showed it was sent back to New Jersey. That had me worried. I'm going to chalk it up to Covid-19, that or the tracking system lagged the actual check in process. Regardless the Osprey 4000 from Florida Products is awesome. I will be purchasing more from TackleDirect!
I have ordered avet reels and have had no problem in getting them. My order of June 28 I received the reel on July 8. I just ordered a avet lx on July 28 and hope to get it in 10 Days. Tackle direct has been very good company to deal with.
Delivery of Daiwa rod was on time with no damage. However, the first time I used the rod the ceramic line guide at the tip of the rod came out. This is not Tackle Directs fault, so review is still for 5 stars.
Always great service and great selection. I highly recommend joining their email list to take advantage of their frequent sales and promotions. TackleDirect is always my first stop when shopping for fishing and boating supplies.
