I received this email, with no information connected to it, asking me if I was satisfied, and since I have many orders out there, I had no clue what was ordered or if I had received it or not, tried to call customer service but to no avail. After going to our local fishing show and getting tips from Mark Zona for our local waters I came to your site and got exactly what I needed. Your site is great to find the shape, color ect. And shipping was prompt and on time.
Delivery took much longer than I expected but customer service was great. Had the quantity I ordered not shown up the day I contacted customer service I would have cancelled the order. They actually contacted shipping immediately to let them know my order was ready to go,
Never received part of order. Was not made aware it was on back order. Contacted tackle direct several times over the course of several days with no response or call back. Was told its uncertain when order will be shipped. This is not typical of tackle direct.
So happy you had a hard to find item! This item was unavailable at other stores and was so happy to find it in the egg harbor township store. We needed it for a trip and was able to pick it up in egg harbor township.

I ordered a product that did not meet the description on the website. I tried several times to reach customer service with no success. I am actually surprised at how difficult it is just to get in touch with a representative on the issue I am having with a product I purchased online.
Ordered a Columbia shirt from TW was the only online shop that had this item in stock of that colour but it was double the price of another I purchase but a different colour from other supplier.
I was very happy with the product and delivery time was good.
Paid for 2 day shipping, took 10 days to receive order. Was told they would refund my shipping cost. Never received a refund. Every time I called for a status update I was given a different reason for the delay.
I wound up buying a new spinning rod but took much longer than I had intended. The inventory is limited and many of the items were not available. So the rod I wanted is still not available or in stock.
Overall experience was great. I received all the info that I needed and all of the replies were prompt. Price was a bit high, but that was mainly due to duty tax in Finland. Product arrived well packed and whole. I would definately use TackleDirect again!
Fast shipping. Just wished the product was better. All the hair fell out of the bucktails immediately. Not tackle directs fault at all. They are awesome ship fast and have a great selection. Now I know just not buy any more s&s bucktails.

I had E mailed customer service for maintenance instructions after having received the item - never heard back so I contacted the factory and got what i needed.
Placed an order with some products on back order. Called to customer service to get an idea of when the products would ship, customer service was helpful in getting the information I was looking for. All products came as they should have.
Took awhile to process order I kinda understood do to covid so two weeks was a bit much. Then the items were delivered two different days. Over all sent a few emails then the ball started rolling with the order. I choose tackle direct for the convince since I am a working captain and don't like having to go to different tackle shops around my area to find what I need I could order from Captain Harry's here in Miami and just pick it up although I find that some prices are better here a tackle direct so I try to shop here as often as possible. One question. Yes I have received all of my orders. Tackle Direct went out of their way to make sure I received my material. I screwed up my order, when I confused Tackle Warehouse with Tackle Direct. One day I am dealing with Tackle Direct, then Tackle Warehouse. Is like my computer changed company, I dont know how this happen. You guys have been great to work with. Stay Healthy

I ordered multiple rods, reels and tackle for surf fishing. I received everything in excellent condition and received the items I was expecting. Very good selection of fishing tackle and equipment to choose from with fast shipping.
I did not receive my initial order but did receive the replacement order. Hopefully my credit card was only charged once. First order presumably was lost by the postal service even though it had a tracking number.
One lure was on back order and I was asked if I wanted to get something else. I chose another lure asked that I get before I went on my fishing trip which was a week later. It didn't get till after I got back from the trip. That lure is still in the package on a table in my living room since the end of March
