T. Mobile hired off shore people making errors on people phone bills. T. Mobile looking for cheap labor.
Price is good. Service not so much. Coverage area is not great. Service inside buildings is terrible, especially outside city limits
Unreliable, dozens of dropped calls. Interrupted calls. Went to store to try & speak to rep extremely rude.
I am a proud customer of T Mobile as of today. The customer service I experienced today was awesome. I made new T mobile friends today
Paid deposit then decided not to get there service so called and canceled the dirty basterds kept my deposit I will never even think about t-mobile again even if it was free NEVER AGAIN
Did you not help people who have a fixed income people are rude Be more and more and more and more and more rude and getting worse
Service dept is the worst, reception is horrible, billing is crooked. Stores LIE to you to get you to buy.
In August I travelled out of the country with assurances that I would be able to use my T-mobile account while away. When I arrived, I was unable to connect to any carriers. I contacted support and talked with a number of people over the course of the day. Since I was relying on my phone for navigation to a city away from where I arrived, I needed phone service. I finally was able to get to my destination (a 2 hour trip became a 6 hour trip because of the connectivity problem). By the time I arrived, I received a text from one of the support people who indicated that there were many others with the same problem. I ended up having to pay the balance due on my phone so I could purchase an esim from a carrier who has services in that country.
Prior to this, I had decided to change my plan to enable more hotspot minutes, and to remove my ipad from the service since I was not using it any more. This was supposed to take effect immediately, but instead happened on the first of the following month. At that time, my phone stopped working but the ipad was still active! Because I didn't have my pin (in other contact with t-mobile they issued a temporary pin), the rep was unable to access my account so I had to drive 20 miles to a t-mobile store. Another disrupted day but I could not access any of the sites requiring two part verification until this got sorted. The store rep was helpful and confirmed that they messed up and he was able to sort it out.
Three days later, I changed carriers (after 5 years with t-mobile). T-mobile then collected an autopayment of $143. When I went to the t-mobile site I discovered I was unable to access the bill associated with that charge since I was no longer with t-mobile. I just spent 45 minutes trying to sort this out and receive a copy of the bill, but none of that could happen until tomorrow.
The past month of t-mobile has been a fiasco. The customer care agents are not well trained and the billing access is archaic.
I now see why T-mobile has such a low rating.
Horrible service, Horrible experience, Horrible customer service experience. The whole thing is $#*!!
I unfortunately tried to use tmobile twice. The idiots at billings montana store were too stupid to set up my phone payments. Going to the store was a waste of time. Their corporate office told me the stores are private contractors and they were not responsible for employees incompetents. I had to drive 160 miles to pay 30 dollars every month. When I called the corporate office to cancel service I was told I would be charged $173.00 late charge even the though the contract was supposed to be auto pay.
The second time I attempted to go through Walmart. I lost the phone the phone and reported the loss immediately and that I could not afford a new phone at this time. I started getting robo calls telling me I owed them money. I attempted to call customer service. I was not able to get foreigner to understand and I had no idea what they were saying. When I asked to speak to an american they hung up the phone. I had to contact BBB of Montana to force an american Tmobile rep. To call me. This person told me I owed another $123.00 but they would drop this fee. Tmobile is a big tech scam, they pay foreigners very little knowing there is a language barrier. You can not speak to an american unless you call BBB. Tmobile IS GARBAGE! Tmobile also claims to veteran friendly this is an outright lie. As a single veteran on disability I can not afford $60.00 a month for a company that refuses to hire americans. Veterans do not get anything special, its just more lies from another anti-american big tech. The only thing Tmobile does is take money. There is no way to rate Tmobile since no scale has negative numbers low enough to rate them
Shady operations, moronic customer service representatives, save your sanity and avoid t mobile, beware.
Transferred service, promised multiple promotions. Not able to receive any of these promos. Very disappointed.
Had to pay $15 for SIM Card charges. Will never buy or recommend t-mobile. Looks like they are getting more customers now a days. Pathetic.
Slow speeds. Poor service.
Typical left hand not knowing what the right is doing company. I'd avoid them if possible.
The customer service was extremely incompetent. They continued to mess up at least six times in a few months, then deleted my bad review.
You better keep track of mailed back phones, they will charge for things returned. I am beyond upset!
They tack on random charges onto your bill and then can't explain what they're for. Honestly never get to speak with someone who I can understand.
Horrible WiFi Box. Keeps coming in and out. Worst product of the company. Absolute garbage connections
Answer: Take the cheapest, clunkiest, most useless data coverage you can imagine. Now imagine it not even working. You pay for something that is USELESS.
Answer: This is typical of t-mobile. It will not let me leave a review.
Answer: T-Mobile will let you keep your old number... IF IT IS AVAILABLE. I do not know the requirements or rules, but years ago, I was allowed to keep a number I had had for years past.
Answer: See, your other customers see the same thing. In plain words, you suck ass.
Answer: Better Business Bureau is the only way to force an american to talk to you
