Order process easy.
We ordered a Sony X950G television from Synergytvs. After extensively searching on-line, we found their price to be the lowest. The order process was very easy and the TV was delivered in the promised time frame. I would definitely recommend SynergyTVs and make purchases from them in the future.
I placed an order for LG OLED on 12/02/2019. The price was $1,598.00, $500.00 below the
The Best Buy price. I checked the review. The reviews were 4.8/5.00. I placed the order. When I checked my order out, the web site asked to rate it even though I had not received the TV. This was a warning sign. Then I received a confirmation letter from "synergytvs", saying that my order was subject to management review. This was the second warning sign. I checked reviews about "synergytvs.com" on other web sites. The rate is about one star. The trust index of "synergytvs.com" is 3%. Fortunately, my credit card was not charged yet. I immediately canceled my order and ordered a replacement of the credit card I used for the order.
Great customer service contacted sales guy named Jeff prior to ordering answered all my questions and was very helpful. Received product 10 days later just as described. Thank you Jeff!
I wish I had done more research on them with other review sites... learned my lesson the hard way.

The whole experience when done cost me $400.

Bought a oled on 11/29/2019 with the express shipping, I received on 12/9/2019 for East coast to the west coast, it's unbelievable service and the lowest price. Will recommend to everyone.
Ordered a Sony 85x950G. It had not shipped so I phoned the company, spoke to Will. He explained the model I had ordered was from Korea while Sony's manufacturing is in Mexico. He explained that the Korean model had n 8-b it color panel instead of the 10-bit version which Sony sells. Too shady. Canceled order. FYI, there is a 2014 version of this set 85x950B.
Same experience as everyone else, placed order, got an email to call and confirm delivery, said the one I ordered was assembled in Korea and didn't have warranty, if I wanted the US model with "10-bit" (BS) panel, ot would be another $500. I asked if they are an authorized LG dealer but evaded the question. Checked with LG and no, they are not, so NOTHING bought thru them will have warranty honored. SCAM!
F'd up my cyber Monday shopping and no tv for newly finished basement and parties! Using old 42" for now Pathetic!
We placed an order on Cyber Monday. After multiple calls and emails, nothing... Too good to be true is right. Complete scam operation.
Where do I start?!?! These guys are great at empathy, all show and no go. It took me 60 days of constant communication and constant empty promises to finally give up and attempt to get my money back. Here is the timeline.
No physical address, no reviews on their website, all evidence of a less than scrupulous business. These guys are trying to get every dollar out of you, and will do everything it takes to get your dollar. They are very nice about it, but it is what it is.
Ordered TV. Only to hear back what seemed to be a good deal wasn't. I ordered the " 10 bit", and that it would be an additional $1,000 to get the right TV. Still better than going to Best Buy, so OK. Did that.
Then, Christmas came and went, New Year's came and went, then Superbowl came and went, with no TV. Excuse 1. Holiday demand. Excuse 2. You must live in a rural area (I guess Chicago is rural these days compared to New York. Excuse 3. We had to reship (only to learn these TV's come from a distribution center in Indiana or Iowa and not coming from New York. Excuse 4. Next Tuesday, Promise. (Delivery is always going to be next Tuesday). Ten times of hearing this later, I set an internal deadline of not this Tuesday I am just going to cancel.
Well, to this date they haven't refunded my money (going on 90 days) and just went to Mastercard for the dispute. That got the ball rolling. I am not sure what angle or scam they are running, but will say; stay away. The lure of a good deal was just too great for me, and it comes down to if it's too good to be true, it probably is. This defines SynergyTVs.
Take my review seriously folks and question the positive reviews. It may be feasible they deliver what they say at the price they say, but don't count on it.
This place is a scam. They advertised a very low Black Friday price for an LG OLED 77" tv, so I placed an order. Never got the promised confirmation email. Got a call from them a couple of days later saying they never got the "warranty waiver" they emailed to me. Apparently the TV they said they were selling was an "Asia version" that only had an 8-bit panel instead of the US 10-bit panel and therefore would not have a warranty. And also it apparently has a much lower picture quality. Then tried to upsell me on the US version for $2k more than the price of the TV I ordered. Of course I don't want a sub-standard TV with no warranty, so I thanked him for the information and said I'd get back to him when I'd had a chance to research. Cursory research showed that all legit LG OLED TVs have a 10-bit panel. Total scam. It's too late now, but I wish I would've said "Okay, I'll sign the warranty waiver and please ship me the TV from your site". If there isn't actually an 8-bit panel model, what would they do? Anyway, don't buy from this place. Try greentoe.com for a legitimately good deal. That's what I did.
The old adage, "if it's too good to be true, it is probably not true" has never been more relevant. I was skeptical when I first saw the prices during my black Friday shopping, I checked their ratings and they were off the charts, at 4.9 stars. I was still skeptical, but the urge to get big savings got the best of me.
I decided to order a 65in LG OLED C9 for $1,598. Two days later I called to check on the status of my order and I was told someone will call me in the next two days to confirm my order, which seemed strange but I decided to wait. I called two days later, which was a Thursday, and someone told me my order will be be shipped and that Ithe tracking information will be emailed to me on Monday, again that seemed out of place, but I decided to be patient. On Monday, I waited until 4:00 pm but did not see an email, I called again and someone told me that my TV was back-ordered and that had it for me. I told the person to cancel my order. Thank God my card was not charged yet.
Last point, don't let their good customer service fool you, they are a scam. I don't know why their website has not been shut down.

I am a VICTIM... just as you all. They tried their bait and switch on me by delivering the Samsung QLED 75 inch TV instead of the LG OLED 77 inch that I purchased. My husband and I saved, saved, and saved for this TV and bought it as a Xmas present for ourselves on 12/17/19. They charged me $4199. 99 and promised expedited shipping (7-10 business days), white glove delivery service, and 2 6-ft HDMI cables. A little later about this delivery.
After placing my order for a less priced TV, the "owner" called me and "up-sold" me just like everyone is saying. I fell for it and agreed to the more expensive TV. 2 weeks went by after that conversation but afterwards nothing... no email, no call AND I was promised an email with shipping information a few days of placing my order. After 3 weeks I called and was told I would receive the TV within a few days. That came and went and I waited another week. I was really trying to give these people the benefit of the doubt. Finally, on 1/15/20 I called and was assured the TV would arrive within the week.
So, delivery day was today and guess what? It was the Samsung 75 inch TV! I took pictures of all documentation afforded me as well as the UPC on the box. Furthermore, there were NO HDMI cables to speak of. The delivery guy was so empathetic we tipped him $20 and he kept apologizing. Of course we told him to stop that and we refused the order! I later disputed the charge on my card. THEY ARE BAIT AND SWITCH just like what you all have been saying!
PLEASE STAY AWAY for the sake of your sanity and money. I am still just reeling from the emotional impact of my experience with this company. I swear I have lost sleep over this! DON'T DO IT AND DON'T BUY!
False advertisement. Ordered a TV and then called and told I had ordered the same tv but the 8 bit version.
I ordered a TV on Black Friday week 2019 - I had a feeling the prices was too good to be true. Sure enough, when you order you have to read the fine print on your pseudo confirmation email. They carefully state that they have to review the order, you are not guaranteed that price. Then when you call, they state that the TV you ordered of course couldn't be sold at that price, "you know how much these TVs sell for, don't you - this TV is a lower prices because it is only 8 bits" - whatever that means. Then they proceed to tell you if you want the TV with the clear picture, the 10 bits, you need to pay $400 more. At this point, Black Friday is now over and you have missed all the legit deals. TERRIBLE BAIT AND SWITCH - do yourself a favor and stay away. Oh, and by the way, the wonderful reviews on their site can only be left immediately after you "purchase" your TV, before you see the email and get to speak to these scammers. So, of course they are good because people can't believe the great deal they are getting. Once you close the site, if you don't immediately leave your review, you can never get back on and leave a review after the fact. What a joke!
EDIT - as of January 3rd, I have yet to receive a full refund from this fraud. I had to get my Bank involved by filing a dispute to get ANY of the $2099 I paid (why they were not even willing to give me any of my money back, I have no idea as they would not respond to any of my emails). Now they are holding $600 of the $2099 saying that I have to pay $200 for each way of the delivery (even though the TV was canceled before any delivery was made!), and an additional 10% restocking fee. These people are thieves!

On November 30, Black Friday weekend, I ordered an LG OLED77C9PUB for $2799, which was a great price.
That evening, a Saturday night, a customer service person called me and told me that the one I ordered was an 8-bit version that was supposed to go to the China market and in order to get the 10-bit version for the US market, I would have to pay an ADDITIONAL $1500!
I told him that I hadn't heard of this and I would need to confirm. I called LG the next day and they confirmed that there are NO LG 8-bit OLEDs anywhere in the world. It's NOT EVEN A REAL PRODUCT!
Now, I have asked SynergyTVs.com for a shipping date for the TV as I ordered it, they keep giving me the runaround, "It's delayed by the vendor, call back in 1 to 2 weeks and then it will be 10 business days". I ordered it on November 30 hoping to have it by Christmas and now they are telling me I won't get it until New Year.
Save yourself the hassle and buy from a reputable dealer. Be careful with SynergyTVs.com!
