No refund after three unsuccessful deliveries! I had to pester them to get answers and I had asked for a refund after a final shipment. All this has been going on for over a year and I haven't received any cigars and have lost 500 euros! Avoid them!

Two of my Partagas Series D No 4 were damaged. The heads were crushed.

The quality of the cigars in the last 2 shipments have not been very good. The wrappers of the Cohiba Panatells are mostly torn and cracked. They don't seem to be true Cubans. I also received Hoyo De Monterrey which were also of very inferior quality: the burn was not consistent and the construction was very weak.

First of all, we can assure you that all cigars that we sell are 100% authentic. We have been in the cigar industry for more than 20 years and so the trust from our customers is strong. All cigars we buy from Habano's official distributors.
All boxes come sealed with official Habanos security seals. Keep in mind that the cigars, throughout their production process, are handmade, especially the Cuban, so from the rolling of the leaves to the cutting of the labels and rings, it may not be 100% accurate every time. The quality of the product can be verified when you smoke it and check the unique characteristics of each cigar.
We also recommend placing cigars in a humidor upon receiving them, you can also contact us with more details so we can offer you the proper solution.
