User unfriendly. Possibly dangerous. Design flaws. Cutting swing arm/handle does not hold upright position while aligning paper with result of cuts not uniform or consistent. Picture it: I had to use my bent over head to prop up the arm while positioning paper for the next cut! Blade is very sharp and cutter is lightweight, but overall not efficient. I refer to a $40 item.
