Use it only if you have more money than brains. It's scammy af! Women are online 24/7, wanting to message you days and nights lol Apply your common sense, it's impossible! I set out with high hopes for SwingLifestyle which was silly of me. I was just reeled in via false ads. Well, it didn't take long to figure out their underhanded scheme of work. I left it. Still, $250 went down the drain.
SwingLifestyle only lowers people's self-esteem and drains their bank accounts. It's designed on basis of deception and offers no real profiles. Don't let them fool and frustrate you, there are lots of platforms like AFFlirts.com
Where you can easily find couples to meet with. It's time-tested, highly rated and very popular because it really works. When a site works well and gives results, it attracts more and more real people. And vice versa. All genuine couples left SwingLifestyle because nothing real ever happens there regardless of how good you look and how much you tell about yourself. So what's the point of wasting time and money?
I created a free account and I posted a post. It let me! If it wasn't for free members it will tell u and give you the option to upgrade. Then they shut my account down unexpectedly. I messaged and they said it was because I made a post. It's not for free members and they haven't fixed it. Ok so how was I supposed to know. I thought it was for everyone because it allowed me to do it. They shut me down and they are at fault. They should fix their issues or messaged me and told me I couldn't anymore instead of just shutting my account down.
Don't bother with it! There is AdultsFinder.club and some other hook up sites that are way better options. There are a lot of swingers there, just choose an appropriate category. They have powerful search engine and your search criteria are always respected. But what really matters is they have actual people and they screen profiles, so they've got rid of scammers. Anyway, SwingLifestyle is just a ghastly rip off, nothing more. It leads to nowhere. They simply take your money and give you no service.
It's classic sex dating site scam: fake profile after fake profile, single men pretending to be couples or women, scammers asking for gift cards, rude and lazy customer support - they don't give a f#*k about anything.
No other lifestyle website allows free members. At least SLS does but your access is limited and rightfully so. Why should free members have the same access as paid members? I've been on other websites and SLS is by far the classiest of all of them. I want to see more than just someone's genitals which is what you see on other sites. All of our closest friendships are a result of meeting on SLS. This is an amazing site that deserves to be deemed the most respected Lifestyle website in the industry.
All they care about is money. The website itself has terrible navigation especially the mail piece of it. We have been on most of them in the last 15 years and this is the lowest in all areas. The members for the most part have no idea what the truth is. Age, weight etc. was always a poor meeting experience for us. All in all its an example of poor owner trickle down. Pick one of the other ones there are plenty to choose from.
I felt singled out from the start. I have at least 5-6 (maybe more) emails daily from these people telling me my profile is not acceptable... I have changed it Numerous times... after ignoring them this is their rude response...
The site is running obsolete software (circa early 2000s) that is buggy and often crashes. Many couples have stopped using the site due to harassment from the hordes of badly behaved users that have deluged the place. Chat software no longer allows for standard punction used in grammar.
Any complaints are met by a staff member, Wayne, who advises members to leave. I am sure the owner and Bliss cruises will be most pleased that a member of their staff just cost them a user that has spent over 30K on cruises in the past few years. Owner do yourself a favor and terminate this staff member before he costs you even more money. How many users have you lost in the last few years and you wonder why your site's rep is so poor in the community?
Do yourself a favor and avoid this badly managed site for one of the other sites that welcome users in the swing lifestyle.
This site is for those folks who are not cheap and join full membership, do not waste your time with a free membership
You will get frustrated and not be happy like most of the reviews on here. They joined as free members. This site works, if you create a profile that really is you and what you are looking for, beside sex.
We always request Face pics before we meet anyone. We have identified 2 sex offenders on the Michigan sex offender list. We notified SLS but they weren't interested in deleting paid members account. So my husband sent them message to remove themselves or police would be notified. They disappeared. Always get full names and face pic before you meet anyone off sls. Otherwise you may be asking for something you don't need.
We have been lifetime members of this sight for years now and have met several sexy couples and singles. SLS is well established and respected, and has a wide variety of members everywhere. There is someone for everyone. We especially value the certification process because it legitimizes the profiles of people who are reliable and true. Our interactions with technical support have been very positive. They are very helpful and very quick to respond. This is a sight for swingers by swingers.
They are so rude! The woman is a b****! She yelled at me in her email that she sent me and told me that I couldn't manage my profile myself and that she had to oversee it. Who does she think she is? No customer service skills.
Communication with the site and access to emails is sketchy at best. I have been a paid member and a free member and it doesn't seem to make a difference. And... the site offers basically NO HELP with problems.
The site is a total mess. It doesn't actually work and there is no one to explain why it is broken. They are a sex site and a solely threre to collect money. They do not care about the experience or the memebers. If they did, they would not charge hundreds of dollars for a site that doesn't work.
I have had pretty good luck meeting couples and singles at home and on the road. It takes a lot of "bush beating" to generate results but I do get results. It's much more difficult for a SM to hook up then a SF or attractive couple. Yes there are lots of out of shape members but there is no law against being overweight. There are plenty of fakes that you need to sort through as well as members who are not committed to meeting people. Customer service has never been a problem for me. On 3 occasions they have been very helpful
Can't believe all the negative reviews. We're sure that the lifestyle varies with your location. Been a lifetime member since 2004 in upstate NY and have had nothing but good luck. Don't blame the site for wanna bee swingers, there are fakes on any site. Been to SLS sponsored events, parties, cruises, trips to hedonism. As far as support,,,, never had any issues with the site... there is no way that any site can monitor couples / singles to verify that they are real... That would be a huge violation to your privacy. If you don't like the site, try another,,,, we have and they really suck!
Have been a paying member for almost two years and have met a number of genuine people. The "service" provided, however, is severely lacking. At this moment the site is off the air and I have received no explanation even though the managers have my email address with which to contact me with an estimate of when service will be restored. So...members, for the most part - good; service - lousy.
Been a free member, joined for 3 months - I like that it is not an automatic renewal. Then I was given a free year of membership when they were running a promo, which was great... Not everyone is Barbie and Ken, But I have met people through the groups. You need to physically get out of your house to meet people! Stop waiting for them to respond, check out some meet and greets and you will find the serious people.
We have met some great people on the site, but the forums and chat are very scary places for those that are not used to being abused in a public arena. The owner apparently does not pay attention to how their staff is running the site. A moderator is needed but the owner is to cheap to invest in one. Wayne (profile review) has some serious mental health issues, and after listening to his "thoughts" on things, it explains why the site has serious issues. This site is a lawsuit waiting to happen.
The site is only good if you pay the highest fee and purchase a lifetime membership. Otherwise they make it VERY difficult to stop recurring billing.
For example on there FAQ page they state that: members can stop recurring billing by going to the ACCOUNT page. "There you will see option to stop recurring billing." But if you go to the page you will see that there is no such option. In legal terms this is called a deceptive trade practice. They make a representation that they know to be false. If a site engages in such fraudulent practices, do you want them to have your credit card number? Or how about your personal photos or info?
Best to try other more reputable sites.
Answer: Hi PA T Well you need to show interest to all the groups you want to be able to see your profile. That is to say those gold bars for men, women, and couples. If you show no interest for any of those groups (for example single men) your profile will be blocked to that group. It's a quirk of SLS. Some people wrestle with that. On the advice of some other members I opened my profile to single males by showing a small bar. Then I point out that I am not bi or bi curious. I still get messages from the occasional idiot that can't read but I've networked with some great guys. Could this be your issue? If not, can you tell me how you know your profile is invisible? Have people told you that? And have you been on the site long enough that your profile has been approved? Can take a few days. Hope this helps. If not there are some settings functions that I would have to review...
Answer: And this question illustrates why there are so many negative reviews - their tech support is non-existent, the site breaks all the time.
Answer: If you're going to get a membership on SLS, definitely pay for it. Virtually all the serious members ignore free single males. And get certified even if it's someone you just met for a drink who can say "Seems nice and showed up". Also, if there are lots of single women in the lifestyle, I haven't found them. As a 54 year old single male I have met some very nice couples looking for a third. However if you think that, because you are younger, well endowed, and fit, it will be easy, I would guess again. The saying, oft repeated in the LS is that "Single males are a dime a dozen" Yes it's offensive. Bring a thick skin to the Lifestyle. Good luck and have fun! PS: If your FWB will go with you, a club might be a good option.
