If you order from them be prepared to wait 30 days for the item you will never get before you can initiate a refund. Order elsewhere if you actually want to receive a bathing suit before the summer is over.

DO NOT buy from this company - I still have not received a shipping update and when I call they say the order is at the warehouse but they have no idea when it will be shipped and can't/won't cancel it. To help me out they are not going to charge me the return shipping costs - really?! Worst customer service I have encountered!

The customer service is awful, the company is mismanaged, the computer system is archaic-- it took 13 days, 6 calls, and almost 4 hours of wasted time on the phone to get my suits after I paid for express shipping. Not worth the hassle at all!

Absolutely ridiculous return policy. They charge you $10 to return abd then have the nerve to send an "e-gift card" as the refund as if if EVER shop with this deceitful company again. Absolutely nowhere in the "returns" section of the website is this information made available. Terrible, fraudulent company.

Our return policy advises a Gift Card refund will be issued if our return label is used. We provide instruction to return on your own if a refund back to the original method of payment is preferred. We do offer exceptions to void a gift card, however, it is then subject to a $9.99 return fee. We only offer free returns with a gift card refund. We're sorry for any confusion.
Placed a large order knowing I may have to return something as I wasn't sure which style I would like. My order did not include a return slip so I contacted customer service like their website said. It's been three days and still no response. I'm not sure I will order again unless this is straightened out very quickly.
Would never order form here again. The coupons never get applied and when the items show up they send the wrong item. This has happened two times. This company is a joke and they think you should pay to ship back the wrong items they sent. Do yourself a favor find a swimsuit from another company that is legit.

I find that the swimsuits are great. They I have this say that this company has such an amazing selection and top quality swimsuits. I have purchased six swimsuits in the last three months and love every one. It is so nice to have found a place that caters to plus size women and has such incredible items to choose from. My biggest problem is that I want to buy them all. I have also spoken with their customer service team and found them to be must helpful and very knowledgeable. This company really knows how to treat it's customers! I love wearing them on all my vacations. Everyone is always asking me where I got them.
3 e-mails 2 phone calls and finally got refund to my card. I filled out the forms for a refund less the postage using their label but then 1st phone call I am told their is stocking fee, ok. Get refund but does not figure up correct 2nd phone call then I am told they deduct what they are charged to mail it. I am done never again. To bad cause they have some nice looking products.
I purchased 3 swimsuits. The quality was poor and the fits inconsistent. Returned 2 of 3 immediately within a week of receipt and 3 months later still no credit that they promised. Multiple emails and still no credit. Then they arbitrarily returned one of the two swimsuits 2 months later stating that it was sent back past the 60 days from when it was shipped. Untrue! I have all of their emails and I have provided all proof and still no resolution. READ the reviews here and on Trust Pilot! Tells you all you need to know about this company. They don't deserve the 1 star I had to give in order to post this review.

I have ordered from SwimsuitsForAll a couple of times. The first time, I had a size issue. I returned the product easily and was issues a refund quickly. I reordered in my size and was very pleased with the bathing suit. Since then, I have ordered another top and a few bottoms with excellent results. I even ordered one of their dresses for my niece. (She was very pleased, too. She plans to take it on a beach trip when we go.) I think SwimsuitsForAll is a great place and will continue to use them. Thank you to the wonderful people there!
Swimsuits for all would not give me my money back from a gift card that they said was issued to me for 93$. I never received it and they said they were sorry that there was nothing they could do for me. I tried to talk to several different people. No one was willing to make this right for me. I will never order from this company again.

It took 4 weeks for a refund with there label. And then they did not give a full refund not even half. Not to mention i check my checking account and the took another 15 dollars out of it. You call them and cant even understand what the hell they are saying. What a $#*! company.,

Be careful when ordering from this company. Read the fine print when returning products. You have to be sure to check the invoice when returning and select that you want you original payment method refunded otherwise they will give you a merchandise credit. They stop being helpful once they have your money. You have to use your credit within 90 days. Keep all of your emails and paperwork. Read everything closely or you will be screwed.

I ordered a swimsuit on Sunday night for a party that's on Friday 7/29 I paid almost $20 to rush ship it. When I received the product it was a completely different suit and size. I called customer service telling them exactly what happened and that I need it in two days. I thought bc it was their error, they'd make it right by just sending me the right swimsuit and send it overnight. Not only was the rep rude about it she said she has to charge my card again for the proper suit and still charge me shipping even though it was in their error. They were going to send it regular shipping even though I said i needed it in two days but they just didn't care. I wouldn't get the product until Aug 4th! I will never ever order from this company again and will tell everyone I know about this unbelievable customer service.

The swimsuit sizes don't match the size chart, the return process is confusing. The customer service is worse. I had to send messages twice and call just to finally get word from their "specialists" that the sizing fluctuates and I just needed to figure it out.
I wrote a longer review, but it got deleted. I have nothing good to say, but I do have a gift card and a months worth of customer service horror stories. Don't buy.
I have ordered from this company twice and will never do so again. They rip you off on exchanges by making it incredibly difficult to do it. And when you apply promo codes, they tell you it will be deducted at the end, but it's not. Customer Service is useless, they tell you there's nothing they can do. I will never buy from this company again.
Beware of using your credit card for this website. Upon a return I was issued a e-gift card instead of the monies being returned to my credit card. They do not have a override in their system to correct this problem. Even if it was their mistake. Your stuck with a e-gift card. Sizes are not true to size. I range from a size 14 to 22 with swimsuits for all. So there wouldn't of been a problem in the first place if they were true to size. I took the size off a bathing suit same brand, again how could my suit at home say 14 and I needed a size 20 or 22. How is this possible? I agree with Sandy M. Shop your local companies in your area. They value & appreciate a return customer & business. I'm a business owner myself. I dislike reviews. But sometimes they are a learning tools. I was taught in 101 business, make the customer happy. Takes forever to get your order. Takes forever to process a return and unless you pay $9.95 you only get a gift card back. Customer service is a joke. Everything "is through the ware house so they can't actually help with anything. I had such high hopes but I will never shop there again. Guess I'm going to have to eat the gift card.

I received a catalog which offered "free" shipping if order is over $49. I placed an order of $60 and it would not process online correctly for the "free" shipping. I called customer service twice and talked to three different people. I was told how to process my order to receive the free shipping. I followed the instructions and believed it processed correctly. It did not and I was charged $19.05 in shipping. I called customer service again, but since the order had shipped they would not do anything at all to correctly this order and the charges for shipping. I explained they used false advertisement on their catalog. They would not correct. And, the products received are not worth the price, not quality made.
Answer: Same thing happened to me! If you used their return shipping labels, they will charge you at least $10 for shipping before they credit your card. I thought the return shipping was free since they charged me $20 to ship the first time! Total scam! Never do business with these yahoos!

Answer: You have to take it up with your credit card company to get refund for the rip off. I ordered my suit 4 weeks ago and have not received it. I will be taking it up with the credit card that I used to purchase the suit. You cannot be charged for something you did not receive.
Answer: Send a PRINTED LETTER WITH BLUE INK SIGNATURE, send SIGNATURE REQUIRED VIA UPS OR POST OFFICE to the corporate address on web site. THIS STARTS A LEGAL FILE! Emails do not! Just give facts, order date, items ordered, customer service conversations (or lack of) and then circumstance. Leave out emotional stuff. Ok to state frustration. Make at least 3 copies of your letter for legal file. Make sure all your contact info is included, except email. Request all responses by mail. Good luck
