SV Sports

Order item online on Saturday and given a delivery date between the following Friday through Monday (website says they ship the following business day, so I expect Monday). Here we are on Wednesday and the item still hasn't been shipped! Can't get ahold of anyone via phone (the phone number is a joke). Did receive a response via email yesterday that they would contact the store to see what the delay is, but still nothing. Not sure this is even a legitimate company.

I ordered three pairs of shorts from SV Sports. Only one pair was delivered in a sealed package from them. SV Sports shows my order as complete despite receiving only 1 of 3 pair ordered and paid for. I have emailed customer service multiple times with no response. I have also called the phone number and it is a robo system which no one answers. Customer service is non existent.
*Added*After adding this review I immediately heard back from the company and they are addressing their error. I appreciate the response and their efforts to resolve the issue.

I recently left a bad review on SV Sports but wanted to give an update on the company. The customer service is responsive. They were just really busy over the weekend but they were able to help me with the return process. Usually, the customer has to be responsible for shipping to return their products unless the product came damaged or was the wrong products. SV Sports was kind enough to send me two return labels because the products I ordered were differen't from the image. My frustration and impatience reflected the negative review but SV Sports got everything situated. I do recommend SV Sports as they have great deals and products!

Recently bought a Christmas gift for my child through SV Sports and the advertisement did not indicate any verbiage of non-returnable item and unfortunately, the item purchased was too big for my child so I wanted to return it, or have it exchanged but they would not honor it as the item is unreturnable. So I'm basically stuck with a shoe that my child cannot wear. Be cautious of buying items from this store or I highly recommend to buy your item elsewhere.

Bought a protective headgear. The strap snap-on clip was broken. Been over a month trying to return. I was told they were reviewing it but never responded to my emails since then.
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.
No customer support. No phone number to call. Extremely frustrating to deal with.

I have ordered 2 products but only 1 got delivered, however the svsports website showing both item has been delivered, The customer service is not responding to the emails.

I wanted a new black and white Nike and found the Air Max SC, the reviews were good and I decided to buy it. It fits true to size but I would recommend socks that aren't too thick and they are great for walking.

I had to return item and company does not provide return label. I had to pay for return shipping and they rejected my refund since I had worn item for two days.
