I ordered a pair of the Nike JR. Superbly 9 Club CR7 TF boys turf soccer shoes and the process was very smooth and the staff was helpful to make sure I received an order confirmation and i also received a discount for my next purchase
Recently bought a Christmas gift for my child through SV Sports and the advertisement did not indicate any verbiage of non-returnable item and unfortunately, the item purchased was too big for my child so I wanted to return it, or have it exchanged but they would not honor it as the item is unreturnable. So I'm basically stuck with a shoe that my child cannot wear. Be cautious of buying items from this store or I highly recommend to buy your item elsewhere.

No packing slip included with the shipment and finally got a hold of Customer Service and they would like me to send back the item without any return label from them and to purchase a new item prior to refunding my purchase. No guarantee that I will obtain a refund when they receive the item.

I have ordered 2 products but only 1 got delivered, however the svsports website showing both item has been delivered, The customer service is not responding to the emails.

Bought a protective headgear. The strap snap-on clip was broken. Been over a month trying to return. I was told they were reviewing it but never responded to my emails since then.
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.
No customer support. No phone number to call. Extremely frustrating to deal with.

I had to return item and company does not provide return label. I had to pay for return shipping and they rejected my refund since I had worn item for two days.

Don’t use them. You won’t get your return handled and will have to pay for it. If worn for any amount of time they will not refund you or not exactly how it was sent to you they will not refund you.

I wanted a new black and white Nike and found the Air Max SC, the reviews were good and I decided to buy it. It fits true to size but I would recommend socks that aren't too thick and they are great for walking.

Extremely easy to find and place my order. SVSports was the only place I found a shoe that carried my size. Didn't realize how many people wore a size 7 1/2 in a mans shoe. I'll be back in the future.
Best price we could find. Quick delivery. Came when they said it would and just three days after purchase and just in time for tryouts
Checkout process on my mobile was super hitchy. Went through Amazon - but I usually never have problems on there. Dialog boxes didn't fit on my screen and and I kept getting error messages. Also the shirt I ordered didn't show the size at checkout and happened to be named s/s. Made me worried I ordered a small and I had to back out to be sure I did it all correctly. You should always include the size in the final screen before hitting confirm.
We got our order when promised in five days. The price was the cheapest around. We saved $25. Shipping was free . We have bought Asics before and they were exactly what we wanted.
They sent me the wrong color, I paid 8 shipping and it took me a long time to arrive and when it arrived it was not the color I had ordered, very disappointed to have bought a backpack that I thought was special for the Neon Green phosphorescent color, that's why the reason for having ordered it from there; I received a dark green backpack and although it is good quality I think that if I had wanted that color here I would have obtained it in any store. I did not want to pay another eight dollars to return it and lose 16 dollars for double shipping, the backpack only cost 36.

Sale/website is confusing-sale was advertised as BOGO, but was actually half-price. It works out the same way math-wise, but if it had been BOGO once you get to the website, it would've saved a call to customer service to verify.
Excellent shopping experience. I just unfortunately have to return my purchase. This particular pair of under Armour shoes run a half size small.
Searched EVERYWHERE for this shoe! Not only did SVS have the shoe, customer service went to extraordinary efforts to make certain I receive the right size and color! Great price. Great customer service. Super fast delivery! Not sure there is much more. Buy SVS Online with confidence!!!!!
