So I spent a day painstakingly completing almost a dozen surveys in order to get a $5 payout. I even upgraded to a bronze badge. I was really enjoying the survey website, until the time came that I asked for a payout.
They declined the payout, never stating a reason.
I asked them why.
A few hours they reply and state that my account has been suspended. They never give a reason.
I took surveys to the tune of twenty dollars.
When I went to redeem my points they wanted me to upload my driver's license. When I informed them that my wallet had been stolen all I have is my paperwork from the DMV they said that wasn't good enough. And it's been two months since I took these surveys. Hannah c is the worst. If she's even a real person I keep getting robotic responses from her. I'm going to inform the labor commission that they're not paying people. You can't have people work and then ask her an id that should have been the first thing they requested. They've already been paid by the companies that are wanting these surveys so all the time they don't pay you keep that money in their pocket. That makes this a scam because they come up with every excuse in the book not to pay you if I could give them zero Stars I would

Surveys can be interesting and generally, fairly easy to answer but you have to complete many surveys taking quite a lot of time to earn enough points to earn a reward so only proceed if you have lots of spare time.
I earned 9771 points after completing surveys for hours; however when I tried to redeem my points the withdrawal was rejected. I contacted to customer service and only got a generic response telling me that they had deactivated my account because I had violated the terms of service (with no other explanation), despite the fact that all my info was legitimate. I trust them and they deactivated my account at the time of redeem points.it is scam and they are cheater.

I am now finding there level of surveys just awesome with very fair rewards in points which i am redemming for PPal all done in a fast manner, once i get to the reward level needed. I do highly recommend these site for great surveys and earning some extra money.

I use a number of sites (Mturk, Prolific, etc). None have wasted my time like Branded Surveys. You spend ten minutes on a survey only to get a pop up that tells you you're not a match after all, but here is a penny for your time. Also, the twenty partial surveys they've wasted my time on so far this morning don't count as surverys completed. You don't get to pick your surveys, they give you them then tell you you don't qualify after you invest your time.
You may take time with a survey, and after several minutes, it has gathered a lot of your information and then it tells you you were not a match for the survey. So... You've wasted a lot of time and received no points for your efforts

So as my usual routine goes, I go into my email like I do every morning and click on the enclosed link that takes me to the direct survey. But lo' and behold a page states "Access Blocked" due to being that I'm not in the US. Now I wished that they had told me that back in 2020 when I was taking these from my Connecticut couch.

I really mean Don't waste your time' They will find you a survey, you will answer all the questions, then at the of the survey after you have gone through the allotted time, they will tell you that the survey was not a match.

Not only is branded survey the easiest website to earn money, the payout is fast. If you have paypal, the money is sent directly to your papal account. All you need to do is earn 500 points and you are reward with $5 payout.
Locked out of my account. Support tell me my lock out was for spurious reasons and that my account has been deactivated. I'm unable to redeem my points owed for all the time spent doing this rubbish. Disgusted.
This 'was' the best site in my books but I no longer receive surveys as often as I did! I've had a couple of ten pound payoutscand recommended it to my friends! I've been near to another pay out but can't seem to make the last bit! I've not had any test at home stuff, feel bit disappointed as I really rated mintvine!
More survey available than most sites. Also, like that you earn patches, more interesting surveys i have that i have done. Dislike sometimes you do survey and when you almost done it stops or tells you you dont qualify
I've been steady doing the Branded surveys now for about 3 months and I can honestly say that if it wasn't for them I would have no discretionary income whatsoever. And I feel very blessed that I got lucky enough to get in and stick with it and it's really paid off for me.

Overall the site is good. It would be nice if there was a little more pay out per survey as they tend to take longer than projected. But over all it is nice to have the availability to pay out as you need and do more as you need to get you more.
Everything seemed to be great. I am retired so I was enjoying the opportunity to earn money and have my opinion matter. But when I tried to cash out some points I have had nothing but problems and I have not had any response to my requests for help.
I have been on this site for a couple of years now and I just love it. I had numerous times I have had a payout. The thing I like the most about this site is even if I do not qualify for a survey after so many I get a bonus of 30 points. Just because I stay truthful in the questions it ask of me. On top of that if I don't qualify for a survey I still get anywhere for 2 points to 5 points.
Good site to build up points fast for a cashout, if you don't mind waiting 14 days for your completed surveys to reach approval status. You get points even when you don't qualify for a survey, most of the time. I've cashed out once so far and waited 4days to receive payment.
