I love survey junkie it's great to earn extra cash from survey junkie.i just redeemed in seconds my money was delivered to my pay pal account. Hassle free experience thank you survey junkie.
When I started doing surveys 4 years ago, Survey Junkie became my favorite! The code system and payouts get easier to understand the longer you use their method! The long code they give to get your payout can be copied and pasted, and that makes it easier. Or if you write them down, make sure you get the code exactly! Be sure to follow all the rules and then it works well.
For the last year, I have noticed that I put in the time and solid effort to complete the whole survey and then at the end, oops, this survey is full or maybe at that point, they find I am disqualified! What?
So they get your opinion but pay out nothing or 2 or 3 cents! Where do those points or cents go? So I've given 30 minutes of my precious time for 2c!
My other gripe is putting 3 to 5 surveys in one survey! Yesterday, I completed a 70 point survey that included 5 different topics representing 5 different types of businesses and took way longer than the prognosticated 10 minutes! More like 40 minutes!
There are a bunch of us that need this supplemental money to survive! Yes, it's true! Get back to being good, Survey Junkie!
My biggest complaint is spending 30 mins on a survey and it locks up at the end and you don't get to submit it so you get no points for doing it at all.
JD Power and Toluna surveys are scams. You will spend 20-30 minutes filling out a survey. The company record the consumers' vital information that will obviously satisfy their survey stats and requirements, but deny compensation You the consumer will get to the end of the survey and be informed you did not qualify. I am sure that is complete bullcrap. It appears SJ is in cahoots with JD Power and Toluna's scam to fraudulently obtain consumers information without paying them. If a person doesn't qualify for the survey, this should be determined early on and not after the very last question is answered and submitted. I have taken over a dozen surveys from JD Power and Toluna where I completed the survey and didn't receive compensation or was told I didn't meet the qualifications after completing the entire survey. What I have started doing is declining all Toluna and JD Power surveys. These two companies are frauds and SJ is in it for the money. Stir clear of JD Power and Toluna surveys. They will burn you and waste your time. Outside of those two companies, the other SJ surveys honor their agreement and weed out those that do not qualify early.
For those who want to use Survey Junkie; if you want to continue being disqualified and your 100 points taken from the thieves, and you get 3 pts for trying, then continue using the app if it is worth your time. Otherwise,
REDEEM ALL YOUR POINTS AND CLOSE YOUR SURVEY JUNKIE ACCOUNTS!
It doesn't let you verify your identity after you reach the $5 threshold. As I spent so much time trying to reach the threshold needed to find out I cannot even redeem.
You have to lie in order to do the surveys and the only way I was able to get the money was through bank transfer which took about 2days, no egift or PayPal option if I go hard on here I can get may 30$ a week not worth it
I am waiting for some of my points to be clear that I can cash out of money. But my reset my password is not working cause I can't get no message to change my password.
It is all fake don't waste your time!
Every time you start a review it says thank you and does not give you the points!
I had seen a advertisement for this website, then I filled out survey and 6 months later still no pay, no call. Complete $#*!ty people. I had to place a review on this hopefully other people will see this and not do their surveys.
THEIR SURVEYS ARE SCAMS DO NOT FILL OUT!
I was taking Online Surveys with a Survey Junkie. Survey Junkie is Fraudulent and Discriminates against people of color. Survey Junkie's support and Customer support should all be investigated. I recently had my account banned without reason. I have done nothing to violate Survey Junkie terms. I noticed an increase in Fraudulent and suspicious activity prior to me being banned. Survey Junkie changed the entire setup of their website and later switched it back to the original setup after banning me. I would complete numerous of surveys without being compensated. I would receive an missing URL error in the place of my points. I thought creating a new account would solve the issue. I reached out to Survey Junkie support and a member beginning with the letter K informed me to reach out to her after I create a new account so that she could deactivate the previous one. I have screenshots. Once I reached out to her she banned my account! Not one single thing is right about this. In actuality this was a passive aggressive tactic of Survey Junkie's support to ban me from their platform. It's clear there is definitely a personal problem towards me. I would be asked repeatedly to confirm my device and never had before. I reached out to Survey Junkie support about this new change. A member informed me every Survey Junkie member was experiencing this ( which is a lie I read several online reviews and not once did anyone mention this). I have taken screenshots below. I have taken screenshots below of all of the FRAUDULENT, DISCRIMINATION and SUSPICIOUS activity. You will also notice the screenshots where Survey Junkie switched their entire website setup towards me.
Meh experience. Didn't qualify for the first 3 surveys I took. I was paid on the 4th one. But the first 2 surveys took 20 minutes and thanked me for completing.
I answer a few questions and then it takes me right back to the dashboard page, over and over and over and over. I don't think I have completed an entire survey once. Is it really worth it?
They give you a review for 200 or 300 points and halfway through they kick you out and give you 2 or 3 pennies for your 20 minutes time. So they get your time for pennies. Scam!
I saw a YouTube video talking about ways to make money online and was sent to this site. When I first started, I was amazed at how many surveys were being offered and how quickly I was able to reach the 1000 points needed to cash out. That's when the nightmare began. They won't send your money to PayPal until your account is verified. When I tried to do that I got a message saying there was some kind of technical difficulty and it could take up to 7 business days for a response. A MONTH had went by and I heard NOTHING. In 2019 it does not take a month to reach anyone in the United States. Every time I tried to follow up on the matter they would send the same technical difficulty message but would also have the NERVE to offer me additional surveys without paying me for what I had done already. Fed up with them, I returned the favor and started spamming them with emails demanding to be paid. That's when they finally called me back. I cashed out and began doing surveys having finally been paid. After two more successful cash outs, surveys are suddenly "no longer available". What a bunch of LOWLIFE crooks! Save yourself the trouble and STAY AWAY from this site. Hopefully it will be shut down soon!
WOW! JUST WOW! I have been a member for a LONG time and just last night I could have redeemed my points. Now, as of this morning I am receiving a message I need to verify my info before I can redeem. I receive an email stating I violated something which is complete BS. I guess my complaining on here and other sites and emailing customer support because of not receiving points for completing surveys has caused them to block me. Completely unacceptable and I will continue to blast them and will not contact the BBB if this isn't resolved.
UPDATE! I was "allowed" to cash out for a final time but no one can respond as to what "term" I supposedly violated. BEWARE! I went back and re-read the terms and cannot find anything I would have violated... other than a term that states something like you HAVE to update your profile at least every 6 months or they can terminate you... make sure you do that. Since I have been a long standing member I think I deserve the common courtesy in someone explaining what I supposedly violated that was so bad I was terminated!
On March 12th I redeemed my points and all went well. Later on in the week I got this cheesy error message stating the following: "Uh oh looks like surveys are not available at this time. Please check back in a couple of hours." Of course no surveys were available for me that weekend. Naturally I contacted customer support and they immediately responded. I gave them my cell and landline phone numbers. That was on Monday, March 18th. To this day I still get that same error message at my Members page.
Yes, I have sent numerous emails to customer support and this is the canned email response I keep receiving: "You have been added to our verification call queue. We are expecting a high call volume so please expect delays of up to 7 business days. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience. Survey Junkie Support" Well I have been more than patient and I firmly believe my account has been blocked for some reason. I'm completely done contacting Survey Junkie. The next step will be the Better Business Bureau.
On June 3rd, 2024, I watched 3 episodes of a new TV series. I answered all the questions properly and did everything I was supposed to. I didn't like the series and was very honest about it. After 2 weeks, I emailed Survey Junkie, because with other websites (EveryoneSeez), I am usually paid around that time, they said that if I didn't receive the 700 points by July 3rd, then get back to them. Again, with other websites, I am usually paid within 2 weeks, and I have never had a problem. Today, July 5th, 2024, I received an email that my responses were not accepted (I have never had these problems with other sites), and I would not be receiving the 700 points. This is unacceptable and egregious business pratices. Here is their response:

Here is a response from EveryoneSeez (I never had a problem with them):

Scammers make we awenser and work for free and don't give us the money. The Fbi ignore us when we try to call. We should open a public lawsuit on those mother$#*!ers.
I've been trying for over a month to redeem my points and haven't been sucessful. I sent for the postcard with the 12 digit code that I haven't received for over a month and I've put myself on their call queue 7 times in 9 days and no one has called me back (says it will take 24hrs or less). That's why they send a postcard instead of a 4 digit code on a cell phone so they can blame it onj the post office and then never call you back because they're too busy to call. Left my number and email address and a message and no one has responded in any way at all. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME, THEY WILL TREAT YOU LIKE DIRT AND NEVER PAY YOU
Answer: I'm having the same issue rip I don't think we're getting it back
Answer: Don't bother. They won't pay you. Survey Junkie is a scam.
