First, the positives. Ordering was easy and shipment was fast. The wig (Short black pixie cut lace frontal) was more of a short bob than pixie and didn't really look like the photo--but otherwise well made and workable. Unfortunately, the wig is full of nits (lice eggs). As you can see from the photos, I have picked several off, but there are still more. I shared this information with a Surprise Hair representative who stopped communicating with me after I sent the photos. So, buyer beware.
