We were new customers and experienced technical problems, and had asked Suresite several times by email and voice mail to send someone out to fix the bugs. No one answered Suresite's telephone, and we have tried often. It became apparent that Suresite was not willing to provide any customer service, and did not trouble itself to respond in offering technical assistance or sending someone out. A lousy voice mail telling us that one hundred thousand other people also want a good internet signal was not very helpful but shows Suresite's attitude towards customers. This is by far the worst customer service I have ever experienced.

The website has been down for months and the company doesnt stand behind the installation services that they perform - the owner Rick Curtin will lie to your face and not follow through with his promises -
