My business has used SureCritic for years with amazing results. I do virtually no advertising as our web presence is huge thanks in part to our SureCritic reviews. Minimal time needed to respond to customer reviews as their dashboard is well designed. You will not be disappointed.
I have been in automotive repair industry for the past 17 years. I have used other software programs for labor times, parts, and invoicing. I'm very impressed with sure critic ability to contact my customer requesting a review for services rendered. The schematic's available for most automobiles is also very helpful. The only downside is cost, is it worth it? So far I say yes. Coming form their competitor, no names, the pros outweigh the cons. We will continue with sure critic and Mitchell 1.
These guys go out of their way to help us with our business. It isn't just the positive reviews, but they help us create a positive outcome with the negative reviews as well. I would absolutely love nothing but 5 star reviews from our customers, but the reality is, as much as we strive to provide that level of service, sometimes we fall short. Having SureCritic help us identify an area/s we may have fallen short in, give us the ability to correct the issue we may have and hopefully before loosing a customer entirely!

I was so pleased with my auto buying experience at Absolute Auto on 03/05/2023.The experience was streamlined and stress free.The company has a varied assortment of Hondas and Acuras.All excellent quality.3 years of oil changes is a nice perk coming with the purchase of the car.The owner Carl took the time to go over everything in the car before I drove it away.I would recommend this business to anyone who would like a great experience while purchasing a car.

We've had our business Surecrit for quite some time now. We get so much good feed back from our customers, there is also the ones who had a bad experienced, we love the idea about reaching out to customers and see what we can do to help them change their perspective about our business.
Great platform to let our customers leave honest and verifiable reviews. Allows us to review a positive or negative review. We respond to all reviews and can more often than not turn a negative review positive by engaging the customer's concerns. I would say that most of the time it's only a communication breakdown. My customer's don't feel "botherd" by this service.
SureCritic has been extremely helpful and informative with our automotive repair shop. The ease that our customers have when it comes to leaving reviews is impeccable. SureCritic is a Davy software. Being in the automotive industry it's extremely resourceful. From being able to send customer's estimate, inspection sheet and keeping in touch through text message. It has made my work efficiently.
We have used surecritic as our review source for many years now. Our customer response has been fantastic. It gives us a great seo traffic lane and we also post the reviews on several sites. Every customer is sent a request immediately after their visit.
After getting ripped off by a car repair shop, I posted a negative review. Several positive reviews dated after my review appear, mine is hidden. All positive reviews were noted as phone calls... so I think they have a telemarketing company that bumps up results (but I cannot prove it).
Useless site paid for by auto-repair companies to show good reviews. Stick to Google or Yelp to get real information and not biased results.

They don't put the reviews up, unless they are positive. They say it will take fourteen days, but that was over last week, and it's still not showing up. Their voicemail has a generic recording message, and their registered agent has companies in 3 countries to his name. Feels pretty shady.
We had this service at our shop and hated it. The company makes it so easy to write a review and then steers all your customers away from the reputable review sites like Yelp and Google and over to their SureCritic review site. The net effect is that all your 5-star reviews end up on this obscure review site and all your marginal reviews end up on Yelp or Google (or both!) Overtime this took our shop's Yelp rating from 5-stars to 4.5 stars. Consumers are smart enough to know a 1-star review on SureCritic is unlikely to be seen by anyone, but the employees at SureCritic appear totally unaware of this unsustainable issue.
Sure Critic has provided our business with a verified review system that has allowed us to share true customer feedback with others, as well as monitor the satisfaction of our customers. In turn, this feedback has grown our business through testimonials. Other online review systems can be used in a malicious manner- as the customer doesn't have to be "invoiced" to utilize the online product - they can just post freely. We love Sure Critic!

The difference is that our reviews are verified as actual customers and never prequalified like reviews on Yelp, Google, Facebook and others. And, since we verify customer status and get a large volume of reviews from actual customers, it's a net positive for SEO. According to studies, 10% of your of Google's local search algorithm (what determines who comes up in search) is based on the volume, velocity and freshness of user generated content (UGC) of which the most important is customer reviews.
As many know, the reviews you collect on Yelp and Google are subject to filtering and removal at their discretion. Over the past years, Yelp has removed reviews en mass three times and Google at least once leaving many businesses who had dozens to hundreds of reviews with almost nothing overnight.
