I got my letter in a little over a day, however the letter said my dogs name everywhere it was supposed to say my name. Although I could edit it on google drive and change it back, which seems a little sketchy.
My landlord doesn't know for sure how valid the letter is so be careful!

I'm some how pleased w the service, except that I received one of the doctors letters w my dogs weigh wrong. It should be 20 lbs and it said 7. I already wrote to get this corrected and haven't heard back from you. With this mistake the EAS Support is UNUSABLE!
