It took over a week to get my documents. It was the only thing I needed to get my cat home. My landlord wouldn't approve my pet application without these documents. No one knew where they were or why they were held up. There was no apology when I got them late. Customer service never responded other than the default email saying someone would get back to me within 24-48 hours...no one ever got back to me. I had to call. Their phone system makes you listen to all the internet options, which is about 10-15 minutes long, before they give you the option to speak with a person. It was the worst experience I've ever had. I hate that I'll have to deal with this again in a year when I need to get my documents updated.
So, the application process was easy. I'm slightly discouraged by the price. As after I went through the entire process online, I talked to my therapist about it and she would have only charged me 50$ each pet as opposed to almost 300$. However, the documents did arrive fast and I was able to use them during a hotel stay in Sept with no questions asked.
