I encountered issues when I did receive my documents after the 48hr mark. I emailed support and they are very quick to respond to your initial email but are practically unresponsive after that. I had to email serval times to get my issues resolved. I've had great service from Support pets in the past and this time around it definitely didn't meet my expectations. I will say after making a fuss I got the support I needed and one person owned my case and saw it through to the end. I appreciate the efforts made at the end of the day. But it just took longer then it should to receive my ESA documents.

We recently went on vacation to Ruidoso New Mexico. We stopped at a hotel on the way and did not have to pay the $50 pets fee.
The cabin we rented had $150 pet fee we also didn't have to pay. We were able to take our dog to the casino with no question.

The process took a little longer, primarily from the doctor seeking to verify the information, but I am very satisfied with the results. The customer service throughout the extended wait were incredibly professional, kind, and understanding and worked diligently to speed the process up as much as possible.
