The process to certify my dog was so simple and fast! I just had to answer a few questions and a doctor from my state verified my documents. Then I got electronic ones in 24 hrs. And her others within 14 business days! Best choice I made and especially if it is last minute and you have to have it done right then! Five stars from me!
