I was scared I was going to have to get rid of my pup who's helped me through a lot of mental health skews but thanks to support pets I was able to keep him and move into a non-toxic environment with my little family!

If you put the letter 'Y' into ESA and scramble it up it forms the word EASY and was exactly that with the whole process.

After taking the test my dog was vetted by a licensed professional Medical Doctor ensuring of not only that my dog was a certified ESA but also that he qualified to become a Support Animal. I have been wanting to make my dog an ESA since a long time ago. My dog calmed my PTSD symptoms ever since he was a puppy. His level of intuition have demonstrated me that he is capable of being an effective ESA so I decided to make it official to be able to get that support not only at home but also in public.

This process was incredibly simple and very convenient! I love that I can travel with ease knowing that she is a qualified ESA. I didn't get the vest but I did get the tag that can locate her, if ever lost or stolen. I also like that it was all done remotely. No in-person moments which was very convenient and made for a quick process.

The application process was quick and easy. I received my ESA paperwork documentation within a reasonable delivery time and was able to submit it to my landlord. When my landlord required my doctor to fill out a form stimulating my need for an ESA, Support Pets Customer Service was able to quickly assist me in sending the scanned document to them for doctor review.

I was unable to add the tag and vest to my initial order for the discount. I reordered the items and then the other order processed so I was charged twice for the vest and tag. I emailed Support Pets requesting a refund and never heard anything back nor did I get a refund.

After receiving notification from my complex about pet fee, I forwarded my ESA information from complex and they have been satisfied as am I.
