Dieron pronta respuesta a una pregunta que hice sobre un cobro de mas que apareció en mi tarjeta donde esperaba pagar únicamente el precio que estaban anunciando con una oferta especial de $ 99 dolares.
Hubo un cobro de 35 dolares de más que según en un mensaje de correo que enviaron, me serán regresados en el transcurso de 7 u 8 días.
Hasta el momento no han hecho el reembolso de dicho dinero, estoy a la espera.
Por lo demás, el tramite fue sencillo y rapido.

Last year I never received the bundle I paid extra for with the physical card etc…so I didn't order this year even though I really wanted the package. Also I have not received the digital wallet for my second dog Melina and it's hard to get someone to get back to you when there is an issue just like last year.

My experience with support pets has been great I received my Esa approval and documents in less then 24 hours and if I send a email to them with any questions they get back to me very fast I would recommend this company if you are looking for fast approval and documents for your Esa so that you are able to have your pet with you at you house or apartment especially if you need the documents very quickly 10 out of 10 recommend
