Someone Needs To Go Through The Websites and Find and Fix The Issues Or Create Work Arounds So And Create Exact Instructions For Access. This was a recertification. I was familiar with the process and the website already. Although the recertification process did required the same as the initial paperwork.

My son and daughter in law's house burned down a month ago. They lost everything including 2 of their kitties. They only had Hudson (dog) and Wheezy (cat)left. No insurance on the home, it was 100 years old, and they were updating it. Insurance would not cover because it was not up to code. They both were devastated and are still suffering from PTSD from the fire and losing their pets. The apartment they found to live in wanted $3,000 for pet deposit and monthly fees.
