I sent a email to change Missy2's name to SAMMIE. The documents were not changed. I have again requested the documents have the right name Sammie along with the cat Freddy Tuxedo. Please change the name of my dog.

The ESA initial process is easy. I did participate and complete the PSA training as well. Renewing my dog's ESA certification was also a simple process. I appreciate Support Pets.

The process was very easy and I received the documents I needed immediately.
