It was not the price I expected on the ad Said $89 first year for free. Then after that it was going to be $100 a year. The cost is higher than what you guys said. So no I'm not happy. But yes I got my card. I just wanted it so I can get a new apartment

It was a very easy process, the documents came faster than the 48hrs. I am going to go one step closer and the PSD course so my doggie is a true service animal.

So far so good. Sometimes hard to get in touch with someone for support. It takes a lot longer to get my official documents than I wish it would. Overall pretty satisfied.
You resolved the issue of both dogs but I see no mention about paying $107.99 & then being charged another $142.99 for what? Could not afford to spend more at this time & did not order anything else so I want the extra charge of $142.99 returned. It caused an overdraft to the card. Thank you

I am so glad I decided to do this for my pets and I! I have been living without my two dogs for the past 4 months and it has been HARD on my mental health. I now have the freedom to live with them with my ESA documents that I got back within 48 hours! I did not have the best experience and likely would not recommend this company to anyone else. Hoping they stick to their promise of refunding the money they overcharged me for. The website and email ad was also falsely advertising a price and when I placed the order I was charged more than what was advertised.

Quick process and one day acceptance for paperwork. This was by far a lot easy than I thought the process would be. Just had to answer a few simple questions and wait for approval.

I have recently joined ESA! I had put off doing so because I wasn't sure I would be approved!
The questions they ask was very easy to answer plus being approved was great!
They have everything you do very simple to do right online. It goes step by step helping you to get your dog sat up with the right harness size. The lease and your if card comes with it!
Their customer services people were really helpful and they answered all my questions!
I wish I had done this sooner so my Chloe could have been going with more!
