Superwater

The shopping experience was very easy, especially since I knew the part # I needed.
The delivery required a customer signature which I didn't realize, so the order took extra time, since I wasn't here to accept delivery the first time they tried to deliver. It took 8 business days but would have been 7 if I had been here.
I placed a call to customer service and they were quite helpful.
All in all it was a good shopping experience.

I picked up the unit from the post ofc. Yesterday. Unpacked this morning - a big disappointment - damaged in transit! Let me describe... the cardboard box is is made to enclose the size of the top section of the cannister which is a couple inches larger diameter than the long lower section. The lower section is not held in place so it slides around in transit. The result is the round welded band on the bottom serves as the 'foot' It is bent square at 2 locations. The unit does not sit squarely and 'teeters'. Where the bent spots occur they are bending around the spot welds. I need to identify this because a leak is possible if the welds, which show through to the inside of the tank, may be weakened and therefore leak once the water pressure is turned on. I've taken a couple pictures to illustrate. I'm not sure if I should try it out or go thru a return/exchange.

Well, I ordered 1 cold water only Everhot faucet and 1 hot water only Everhot faucet. The hot water faucet I received was the incorrect part, so I had to contact "Jacques" to complain. Jacques initially looked at the order and told me the correct part was sent, but when I emailed him a photo of what I received he acknowledged the error and RIGHT AWAY had the correct part sent to me, which I received the next day. I am very much pleased with the way jacques handled the problem, and as a result I shall not be reluctant to recommend superwater. Assuming, of course, that the part is not faulty in some way, as I have an installer coming in to install it.

I placed an order and sent an email the next week merely inquiring as to a shipping date and tracking information, as the charge had already gone through on our credit card. What I received back from Jacques was a political tirade, blaming "leftist Democrats" for shipping delays. I asked, since my order had not yet shipped, that he cancel it as I felt his response was uncalled for an inappropriate. His response, and I quote him as follows: "These people are pure evil. I have been in business for over 28+ years with this company. Clinton and Bush did not help, Oscumba was a disaster, and Biden is a full on Criminal. The Demonrats are literally lying, cheating and stealing the USA in to the Toilet. It is a fact, and you do not have to like it, but it is my policy to never lie to anyone, and I am not going start with you.
If you want your order cancelled, please know we do have a policy on cancellations...
Please, save yourself, get away from the Lefties, and the Demonrats as fast as you can.

I don't think I nor any other customer need to be subjected to that sort of thing when ordering water filters on-line.
He charged me a $47.20 cancellation fee, as it's "policy".
Order from this company at your own peril.

Ordered some filters on two separate order with coupon which posted on the website and didn't see any shipping charge on the email/confirmation page. Then next day, they refunded the money and added new charges with new shipping fee for around $40 each order. Luckily I checked my email frequently and notice the different amount charged and I called, Jacques (president) answered and ask me to email him instead because the phone has some drop call/bad signal. So I email him and ask for cancellation since I didn't know that it has shipping fee and I didn't approve it. Then he ask why did you use the coupon twice on two separate order which I think it's not against any rules. The coupon is there on the front page and there's no mentioned that I can't use it twice on separate order. He is not happy that I want to cancel the order and told me to read the company policy, etc. After several requests of cancellation, he refunded my money BUT partially. I still didn't received $35.60 that I assume is for 5% cancellation fee EVEN per their policy, 100% refund if within 24-hour which I did notify within 24 hour. It's a TOTAL SCAM, bait and switch. Please beware if you want to do business with superwater.com
Many people got duped by this company, check their review on Facebook. Please be aware of this scam artist/company. Bait and switch tactic, offering coupon to lure customer then didn't disclose shipping fee then charge shipping fee without approval then only do partial refund (minus 5% cancellation fee).

We'll see how the product works. Ordering was very simple.
Product arrived very promptly and works just fine.
I am very displeased however in the 'Post Sale Additional Fees'. Those fees were not identified during the order and payment process, nor did Superwater contact me to approve of the additional $125.00 for shipping as their company policy dictates. I could have ordered the same product from another vendor for much less including shipping. Site advertised free shipping unless otherwise indicated.
Contacted the owner and have not heard back on any compensation.

Easy to place order. Very good price. Will wait and see if product arrives in a timely manner, is correct product, etc
B4 I can give a 5 star rating. Hope so! Received product; satisfied with it. However, was billed for shipping whereas the original billing showed no shipping charge and as I read the website, I believed that to be true. I called and spoke with the president of the company. He explained all the reasons for the necessary shipping charge and told me to email him about my concern. I had already done that. Rereading all of the info on the company's website I saw how and why I was charged for shipping. Bottom line. Buyer beware. Be sure to read everything on a seller's website before you make a purchase. I received a very good price. Without the shipping charge of almost $20, it would have been a great price.

When I received the four filter canisters in this latest order, Order ID: superwater-*******, the box was crushed. I opened it in front of the UPS delivery driver and the canisters had one piece of foam UNDER one of the canisters, nothing else for packing. Naturally, with a crushed flimsy cardboard box and one of the S-101 canisters having a ripped open cellophane wrapping at the attachment nozzle, I suspect the canister could be damaged, but will not know until it is hooked up the RO unit and the water is turned on.
The foam piece looked like a bottom end piece for the canisters. Can't understand why no packing in a box with four filter canisters. Also, the bottom half of the cellophane was missing on one of the carbon filters along with the included installation instructions in multiple languages.
