I ordered from them because there price was competitive and their web site states 100% free shipping. That is a false statement. They not only charged for shipping but they are making money on it. They also don't show you what the freight is going to cost you until they ship it and send the invoice. Because it was not on the charges at check out I assumed it was free like their web site states. That is not correct when they send you the email that your items have shipped that is when you first see the shipping charges. $25.00 for 4 small filters on USPS and they say they only charge what it costs them. From my experience shipping USPS I don't think that is true either. I was told they were going to credit me 5.00 for a coupon I missed on the web site but they did not do that either. I am not buying any more of my filters from them and my recommendation is you don't either.
The owner was very responsive. He answered my call and took note of my concern about needing a part order and delivered as soon as practical to meet a customer install. He was upfront about the supplier perhaps not being able to meet our need date and ensured me he would place an expedite request.
He provided Excellent Customer Service by immediately placing the order, providing a tracking number, and following up with an email. Great news... The part was delivered within two days.
Never a live person to talk to, message says to email, left both phone messages and emails numerous times with no response. I was charged and still no products after 3 weeks, Jacque never returns calls. I have to now go to my bank to have charges reversed. He's not kind enough to admit the wrong way of handling his business and refund my money of over $1000.00
Reading the reviews here- they are mixed and I'm sorry to see that. I for one- had a spectacular experience with this company over several purchases. Running a small business is challenging- and it's a path of constant improvement. I believe this team is well beyond the average small business. I never had the impression that this company was after anything but my satisfaction. Excellent, knowledgable. I'll be back to reorder.
At time of checkout, no cost was indicated for shipping. On everyother website in todays world, shipping does not get charged if charges are not there at the time of checkout. After getting an email 6 days after I entered my order (website said would ship in 1-2 days), that there was $18.95 in shipping on a $92 order and that it would ship in 1-2 weeks. I replied to the email the same day and got a response 2 days later. I indicated to cancel my order. Jacques then replied that it "may have already shipped". After multiple email exchanges in which I offered to still accept the order if he would credit the shipping charges he still would not take off the shipping charges. I have contacted my credit card company, they are reversing the charges and I will refuse the shipment. Find another website, the price on this site is not what you will end up being charged and they don't have helpful customer service

Please, anyone can call us at anytime about our policy, shipping fees, free and discounted, as we answer the phone at least 60+ times a day, every day.

I have done various orders with Jacques over the years and have always been happy with the service, pricing and his knowledge of the business. My last purchase however did not go as well. Jacques has implemented what he calls "post sale" shipping fees. For my water filters that was $18.95. That was more than I wanted to pay, and as I did not see that charge on my "initial" total, I asked to cancel the order (within 90 minutes of placing the original). I then received an email from Jacques schooling me on reading the fine print and telling me that it was too late as my product had already been shipped. I then considered returning the filters, but his huge 30% restocking fee made that not a viable option. So, I am keeping my water filters, but will never shop at superwater.com again. Buyer beware.
Spoke with Jacques who was very helpful, product arrived as ordered well before my renovation even started. Factoring in exchange rate and shipping, on a item that was going to cost me $1171. 03 CND cost me $815.12 CND.
Ordered a water filter and cartridge. $30 shipping on $100 order. Buyer beware. It really is a poor company to do business with if you are interested in honesty.

Post script: got the filter quickly. That was good. Turned out the price was not what i thought it to be. This is a company that you really need to look at all their "fine print" as they hid the shipping charges. Wear your "lawyer pants" when you order from them.

B4 I can give a 5 star rating. Hope so! Received product; satisfied with it. However, was billed for shipping whereas the original billing showed no shipping charge and as I read the website, I believed that to be true. I called and spoke with the president of the company. He explained all the reasons for the necessary shipping charge and told me to email him about my concern. I had already done that. Rereading all of the info on the company's website I saw how and why I was charged for shipping. Bottom line. Buyer beware. Be sure to read everything on a seller's website before you make a purchase. I received a very good price. Without the shipping charge of almost $20, it would have been a great price.
This filter assembly had been recommended by the refrigeration company that we use, [it's what they use], but "superwater.com" beat their price by about sixty bucks. Shipping was good and installation was simple. I would use this site again in the future.
I have just placed my order, so not100% sure how this experience will be. However, the free shipping is great, but it doesn't give me a shipping date or estimated delivery date or anything. That's the only thing I don't like so far.
Easy to find the exact filter that we need and in the last 6 years we never have had a problem with Superior Water Systems. Have never been disappointed. After 6 years they finally had a price increase which I believe was justified.
I could have gotten a similar product cheaper elsewhere, but I appreciate quality and I am willing to pay a premium for it.
