It worked

Well I was looking to go to a mixed martial arts sporting event last minute and noticed that they were selling tickets with a discount code. Pretty skeptical as it was 20% off on top of lower prices (compared to stubhub etc...). I got the tickets electronically and I had to print them out (note: when purchasing they said instant download).

Still skeptical, I was thinking that maybe the tickets would not work... however I did check on other ticket resellers and noticed that my ticket row / seats were taken off their competitors site. Anyhow I saved about $70+ on tickets through Superstar. They also didn't have fees when I purchased the tickets (while other places would charge $40+).

I recently went online to buy Michigan tickets at Cowboy stadium. I ended up speaking with Omar, who talked me through everything. He told me what side each team was sitting on. He told me what tickets would be most appropriate for me, with a great view, and the ticket exchange was great. He kept me up to date on when they where being sent, so I could make sure I had them in my email, and he even followed up after the game to make sure I was satisfied with everything. This was an amazing experience for me. I usually don't write reviews, but I never had such great service like this before. I would definitely buy from this company again. Thank you Omar for an amazing experience. I will truly never forget it.

Hard find tickets

I was in a jam look for tickets last minute could not find anything good intil I went to superstarticket they charge a very small fee but it was well worth it I will tell all my friends and family about this website customer services is a-1

After reading some of the reviews, I was a little skeptical at first. Got tickets to Michigan vs. Florida in Fort Worth, TX. The tickets were well discounted for being 2 days before the game. Face value was $200, and we bought 2@ $120ish per + a parking pass ($50 value, paid $20). Everything was done digitally, and I bought through their phone line to avoid fees. Everything went super smoothly, and I would not hesitate to buy from them the next time I go to an event. Wanted to drop a review to offset the 1-stars where people just didn't have good luck. Thanks Superstar Tix, had a great time, AND MICHIGAN WON! GO BLUE!

Over priced tickets
September 2, 2015

Had to get tickets fast for birthday gift. My friend ordered them off this site. Charged $60 for $29.50 ticket. So 2 tickets for $120. THEN almost $40 in fees, that doesn't include the $15 FedEx fee. Ticketmaster has tickets same row still for $29.50. Obviously a huge mistake on my part for having someone else get the tickets without doing their research. Never will I buy from Superstar Tickets again! Do your research people!

The later you buy, chances are you will get a high price. Just a suggestion.

I worked for them for a grand total of 10 days and was let go for no reason. Employees are "urged" to work 7 days a week in a verbally abusive work environment. I witnessed more than once a co-worker calling other co-workers stupid right to their face and a supervisor who did nothing but shout obscenities to urge us to work faster... yet we were not adequately trained how to do the work. Another co-worker was not allowed to leave when she was clearly sick and overheard throwing up in the bathroom, because "she still had work to do on her desk." And I was only there for 10 days! Do NOT give this sweatshop any business! I'm seriously considering filing a formal complaint against this company.

After the investigation, Regina P has never worked with SuperStarTickets. SuperStarTickets has a store front based in Arlington Virgina.
Employees do have full-time schedules with 2 days off every week. SuperStarTickets is an accredited business with the Better Business Bureau Since 2005.

Horrible experience

I bought a ticket last week for a concert. At the beginning I received an email saying that everything has gone well, after few minutes they wrote me that there have been some problems with my orders and I should buy the ticket again. My money are still on hold and they don't want to cancel the transaction. Another problem is that it's very difficult to reach someone to talk to by phone and by mail as well. Don't buy anything from them!

Scumbags

I bought 5 tickets to the Dallas Cowboys divisional playoff game. 2 did not work at the entrance gate. After going to box office they told me the tickets had been "electronically removed". The Superstar rep told me "sometimes we print duplicates on accident" just send in the box office paperwork and any photos etc to get your full refund. 10 days later after going back and forth with them they told me that it was my fault that someone had seen the bar codes beforehand and made their own duplicates. Seriously? They would not refund my money on the 2 bunk tickets they sold me and this is their out for giving customers refunds on the bunk tickets they sell. Do not trust them or buy from them you will be left standing at the entrance gate like a moron with no admittance and out your money. The risk factor buying from them is through the roof. Run far away don't take the chance you'll regret it.

Negative experience

Huge fee markup, less than helpful customer service when I called, not user friendly. They do not partner with any other websites, so even if other websites say you can use a discount code, you can't.

Is anyone aware if there a class action law suit? I can't believe the way this company treats customers. I'm never buying anything. The show reschedules and can't make it to the new date, it's tough crap. That's out of my control. They don't care.

I purchased tickets for Marlon Wayans show and to get to venue to find out tickets were sold twice. Was very embarrassing seeing that i was on a first date. I would not ever use them again

Ordered tickets to go see Train in concert. Paid $365.00 for 2 tickets, and couldn't wait to see one of my favorite bands.
The tickets Never came. What a rip off! I will never use these people again!

They did offer a refund, but I had to call, and talk to a Manager to get it. Really pissed!

DO NOT PURCHASE TICKETS THROUGH SUPERSTAR TICKETS. This cannot be stressed enough.
I contacted the company to request a refund for tickets because our family has been evacuated due to a major fire currently going on in Southern California. I explained our situation and they claimed they understood. I requested a refund for the tickets, but they did NOT refund them because they care more about greed than their customers. The value of the tickets obviously has more value than their integrity and it is disgusting that they take pride in that.

Total Ripoff

I purchased tickets for a concert and was charged an obscene amount for a service charge. They charged my card but refused to send tickets until they received a copy of my photo, signature and picture of my credit card. When I refused to fax this information as I wasn't comfortable they still wouldn't send the tickets. I asked for my money back since they charged my card but wouldn't send the tickets. They refused saying it was not their policy. I got my credit card company involved. Concert was rescheduled for a later date and I could not attend. Still will not refund money. Horrible experience! Would NEVER use this company again! Would NEVER recommend them!

There can be many reasons if you are using the public network, or amount of the order is bigger etc. These measures are for your safety and security. We mentioned it our website.
