DO NOT PURCHASE TICKETS THROUGH SUPERSTAR TICKETS. This cannot be stressed enough.
I contacted the company to request a refund for tickets because our family has been evacuated due to a major fire currently going on in Southern California. I explained our situation and they claimed they understood. I requested a refund for the tickets, but they did NOT refund them because they care more about greed than their customers. The value of the tickets obviously has more value than their integrity and it is disgusting that they take pride in that.

Total Ripoff

I purchased tickets for a concert and was charged an obscene amount for a service charge. They charged my card but refused to send tickets until they received a copy of my photo, signature and picture of my credit card. When I refused to fax this information as I wasn't comfortable they still wouldn't send the tickets. I asked for my money back since they charged my card but wouldn't send the tickets. They refused saying it was not their policy. I got my credit card company involved. Concert was rescheduled for a later date and I could not attend. Still will not refund money. Horrible experience! Would NEVER use this company again! Would NEVER recommend them!

Sorry for the inconvenience. This doesn't happen frequently. We ask only for this kind of information if we feel something suspicious. There can be many reasons if you are using the public network, or amount of the order is bigger etc. These measures are for your safety and security. We mentioned it our website.
In case you still didn't get your money. Please send an email to support@superstartickets.com with the relevant details (transaction id, email, any screenshot, etc.). We will check it with the system and refund your money. It will take some days so bear with us. We take our customers seriously and always appreciate their feedback.

I bought tickets to an Arcade Fire show from SuperStar tickets mistakenly thinking that they were the official ticket vendor. I was directed to the ticketnetwork.com site from what I thought was the official band website. I paid the excessive fees for service charges thinking that I had no other option to get tickets to the show. It wasn't until I paid that I discovered that the tickets were being purchased through SuperStar tickets, who have a blanket policy of no refunds or exchanges. I have now discovered that TicketMaster are offering similar tickets for less than half of what I paid. I called SuperStar to request an exchange and was told that all sales are final. Buyer beware. 3rd party ticket resellers like SuperStar Tickets are making huge markups with little to no protection for the consumer. I will not make the same mistake again.

A ticket vendor that tries to markup tickets an average of 30% over retail price? You've got to be kidding... why in the world would I use your service versus buying direct from ticketmaster?

Super Scam Tickets
December 2, 2015

This place, (like every other ticket reseller), is what's wrong with trying to go to your favourite artists concert or teams events.

The entire business is built on the practice of buying out tickets from the primary market, (directly from Ticketmaster or venue), and charging you absurd amounts above face value so they can make a profit. The fact that there aren't any laws in the United States against this is insane practice is beyond me, and I for one will be doing everything to put an end to this criminal activity much like many other countries have already.

Super Scam Tickets and every other scumbag ticket reseller would have you believe that they aren't doing anything wrong, but let's be honest here. They are buying out tickets that ACTUAL people want, so that ACTUAL FANS are FORCED to buy them from these crooks.

I purchased Justin Bieber tickets for my daughter only to find that I was charged 200% over the face value of the tickets. How is this even remotely legal? They are basically the Big Pharma of concert tickets but the good thing here is we don't HAVE to go to these events. We do have options and it starts by boycotting all of these shady businesses.

We respect your views. But it's entirely legal business like any other businesses. Almost every business buy something from someone and sell it to customers by adding cost to the original price. That's how business works. SuperStartickets.com is registered with "The National Association of Ticket Brokers" and Better Business Bureau. We are legitimate.
We always try to make sure that we don't charge too much for the customers and our rates are competitive.

They are scammers. They did not send me a ticket for a NBA match and they do not want to give my money back telling that they sent me the ticket.
