Horrible

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND LEAVE YOU STRANDED AT THE AIRPORT. TAKE ANOTHER SHUTTLE COMPANY. THESE PEOPLE SHOULD NOT BE IN BUSINESS.

Unreliable at best
November 30, 2021

We booked for a certain time, the driver showed up when he wanted, didn't apologize, we were late for check-in. As simple as that.

We booked and prepaid for our service and received a call at 9pm the night before saying they canceled our service. Very unprofessional.

Here is the info I posted to their website and any other place I can put it:
Hi, thanks for canceling my reservation in Denver from my hotel to the airport because of the snow. I understand that you want to keep your people safe but the person in the slot ahead of me was picked up and the person in the time slot after me was picked up. So when I called to see if you had anyone that could take me to the airport, and you said "No, we are cancelling everyone because of the weather" you were LYING! And guess what, the driver wouldn't take me because I wasn't on his list. So I walked 9 blocks in the cold and snow to catch a public bus to take me to the airport. Oh, and guess what!?! The bus was faster and half the price. So you know what I'm doing next time? Yep, taking the bus. Your rep on the phone when I called also said that since you are the one that canceled the reservation, you would be refunding my money. That hasn't happened yet and you can bet your buttons I'm gonna keep on it. You take it out of my account fast enough. You should be able to put it back in just a quickly.

Hope your trip is better than mine was!

One of 2 of my guests staying in the seagull hotel, left a purse in the van. I called the office not even 5 minutes later letting them know that they left the purse on the van. After, calling another 4 times and being put on hold for more than 15 minutes each time; i call back a 5th time the nice lady jackie lets me know that the driver is on his way to the hotel. I was happy she was going to get back her belongings, to my surprise i believe the driver took about 900$ from the purse that was there. He gave me the purse, i told him to wait a moment to speak to the people, and he left on the spot (probably because he was the one who took the money). He dashes out of the hotel and drives away. I call the office to let them know that someone took all the money that was in the purse. I spoke to a girl there, she said that she would let the manager rudyus know, and he should come in contact with me soon. An hour later i call back because to my surprise he didn't call me back like she said he would do. I spoke to the manager, and he tells me that "everything is not guaranteed when you leave something in the van"?! He says it must of been someone who was still in the van because it was a shared ride. However, my guests were seated all the way in the back. Two other people who were on the shared ride were sitting in the first isle, 2 isles away from where she had left her purse. Then the driver shows up with an empty purse. Now, let's think about this. Only 2 other people in a van together who are sitting feet apart. When i called they put me on hold each time for 15 minutes and i called 5 times. When the driver comes here he gives an empty wallet? On top of that, the most horrible part about all this was the manager rudyus. The most rudest person in all of Miami Beach i would say, never have i been answered in such a cold mannered way. On top of just being robbed from the chauffeur in the van, the manager is telling me that he does not care for my opinion whatsoever. Hangs up in my face. I call back to let him know thats not how you talk to people especially when they have just been robbed. He said that he doesn't care at all, everything that goes into the van that is left by a passenger is "not guaranteed". They do not go the extra length. I have been a concierge here for 2 years now, and i have given super shuttles more than about 100 reservations now i see that it's been a mistake. Shady drivers and a shady head manager rudyus (rude just like his name states). If you want a better company more safe for your belongings, and want to be treated in a better manner then you can take another shuttle service. It's called "VIP Shuttles". A great and nice man by the name of Cesar who is a much better person than that puny rudyus. Your belongings might be stolen if you ride Supershuttle, Super good way to get legally robbed, and then get told off on the phone to your face.

We have had great service the Phoenix area, but when we got to Oakland it was terrible. We were told to get our luggage and then contact a dispatch@ 1 {415} 558 8500. We did just that. We waited for over an hour before the shuttle arrived, and then waited nearly another hour waiting for another passenger. We had already payed for the service so I did not want to hire a different cab or taxi to get us home, but I wish I had. The driver was very nice but was totally unfamiliar with Oakland and was getting his driving directions on a Garmin, which was OK but a little unnerving. When we finally got to our home address the driver stopped in the street and we got out. Our luggage and my cane were in the rear of the van. The driver off loaded the luggage but did not off load my cane. The driver made a U-turn and left before i noticed my cane was not there.

We arrived in Oakland at 2:10 PM and did not get home until nearly 5:00 Pm. I will use SuperShuttle again in AZ but not Oakland.

I took a san fransisco airport drop from my hotel in San Jose and had booked it at 5:30am. I was trying this service for the first time and I usually take a taxi which costs around $150 and takes around 45 mins to reach the airport. I booked the shared shuttle seat online to get some discount as well and got an SMS for succesfully booking it. After that got an SMS a day before the travel time, stating the status of the pickup. I was afraid if it will ever come... it only cost me $28 after all. I got a call on sharp 5:15 am and the pick up guy was waiting for me at the entrance. It does make its way through 4-5 more pickups before heading for the airport, but it gets done fast and quick. Add an additional 30 mins to be safe and book accordingly. Its sad they give this service only for airport drops... i would be thrilled if they could give this service for SF drops in general. Thanks guys! :)

We all have seen these blue shuttles taking people to and from the airport and they are a pretty good deal. Let me tell you the problem I had using it and maybe it can help you have a better experience with them. I tried for an hour to buy a ticket online and for some reason it wouldn't go through, but it took my credit card. I then called them and the lady on the phone was very nice and I paid using my credit card to make the reservation. She kept saying if I pay now rather than to the driver, I would get 2 dollars off the ticket. While 2 dollars isn't much, it is better than nothing, so I said sure. I get an email confirmation and I am thinking all is good. When I get off the plane and go to the supershuttle booth they say "where is your voucher?" I say voucher? I paid online. They give me a look of confusion. They insist on a voucher or they won't let me on the bus or I need to pay again. 30 min later after numerous phone calls to management they find I did indeed pay in advance and did not need a voucher. Moral of the story, if you use Supershuttle DO NOT PAY IN ADVANCE! Make the reservation and just pay when you get there like everyone else.
