Youtubers Beware!

Total waste of time and effort! You take this tedious 30 min questionnaire only to be given.03 cents!
You only get paid if you fit a criteria! Most of the time you spend 15 mins being asked questions then you get rejected! Crap

I had a $5 survey which meant watching a video for a full hour and then answering some questions about it payment removed. When questioned they claimed that I had "not answered honestly".
Funny, as the only questions asked were "what did you think of the video" and "How likely are you to look into the product in the video now?"
Unless they can somehow read minds, how can they possibly claim they know anything about honest answers on open questions.

Thieves essentially

Wastes your valuable time asking you to complete surveys. After you put in all this time and effort, you "Unfortunately, Do Not Qualify". They do this over and over again. This site is a complete waste of time and effort. Best avoided. They suck, big time! Big thumbs down!

((READ)) STAY AWAY PEOPLE. They are not to be trusted. The moment I signed up red flags came out of nowhere. There was points I was supposed to get if signed up. That's what I saw! Signed up and didn't receive sht. Second red flag,did a 5min survey that lasted 50min for 20¢! They responded with that same bs 3rd party crap we all heard b4. BRANDED SURVEYS is trustworthy and number 1 in the survey world Google says that all over the place. ATTA POLL is my fav they pay instantly. Made $53 in 2 wks

Super pat me is a scam site. They pay you very little for taking surveys. Then they don't credit you. They pay you for taking surveys and then take the money back. I would not waste my time. I've spent hours taking surveys just to get no credit. Also signing up for things like the Panera drink club. And I did not get paid for that. I sent them proof that I signed up and completed it and they still denied me

I was rude first because of the way they treated me freezing my account after I requested cashout for the money I earned and get this they allowed me to request the amount I earned and told me it would take 3 business days before it would hit my PayPal however when I logged in 3 days later nothing this is what happened Superpayme.com was horrible experience horrible and rude customer service super confusing and when it's time to cash out your small incentive totally $1.00 they give you a issue about verification that was already completed during the time you signed up to the site but they want to ask you ridiculous security questions they never told you or discuss with you up front about they wait until you need to redeem your money this is sick don't waste your time here is this verification process to redeem your small $1.00 that also will be fees took with PayPal seriously a waste of time

Like other people said you do a couple surveys then go through their "verification" check. They require your address on your ID to be the same as on your profile with them. They also asked me for pictures of my utility bills and of my lease agreement to further verify my account. That's where I drew the line and said No. Close my account. Customer service kept dragging on about rules reiterating rules and that they can subject people to security checks and that I shouldn't have signed up with them of I didn't want to do their security checks. Very rudely worded like that. I've sent the message six time delete the account and they're still dragging it causing me stress and anger. So TLDR I wouldn't suggest this site. They require a picture of yourself, your ID, Your utility bill, and your lease agreement to pass their verification. And the customer service doesn't know how to do their customer service job and talks down to you. Lol. I've never dealt with that before. Skip out on this site!

They banned my account upon requesting $25 withdrawal I earned from my referrals. They have a $#*!ty phone verification process which I am not able to complete for some reason. Supposed to be an easy one but imagine I failed on it. They marked my account as cheater and banned it. They also barred me from contacting customer support.

**Update** I reported them to the FBI. I suggest others do the same and maybe a case can be built or they will shut the site down! For all we know they could be scamming to raise funds for unsavory organizations!. They definitely are scamming because when I questioned them politely they shut me out from communicating with them.

I signed up,, made a few bucks then took the money out. I made more money then tried to take it out and was called a cheater and they kept my little $15 that I earned. I asked what's the deal? (BTW, if I earned $100 or any amount they would've kept that as well!) They said I had an old account still open which is against the rules. Well, ok but why wait until I save up money to tell me, and not give the money? But whatever, moving along they closed the current account so that I can only use the old one (2 accounts open and they call u a cheater even If you're not using 1 of the old accounts). Now the problem is I cannot log out of this "cheater account" and I am virtually stuck. Helpdesk is clueless. They keep saying to login to the other account and the conversation just goes in circles. They do pay but with an incompetent helpdesk and faulty system you won't get far here. Look at the video, it's like a horror movie that I cannot escape. And yes I cleared cookies and cache'.

Tried the site and got to $1.00 and thought I'd try to cash out to check how genuine they are. I was asked for photo ID, I sent an image of my driving license (though not happy about this) then they asked for an image of me holding the license with my face in view also. I said this was intrusive and not acceptable, then asked them to delete my account and any details they hold of mine. They said I'd have to raise a ticket to do this, seriously? No other survey site has been this bad at asking for ID, all they ask for is your PayPal address.

Avoid these people as you have no idea what they do with your personal information, I've complained to Google Play Store but as the guy who runs it is a billionaire and makes money from these dubious scammers then I don't hold out any hope of seeing my details removed from their information.

Uses some suppliers that do not pay for completions of surveys even though they were completed honestly and consistently - horrible, arrogant support always putting the blame on advertisers and always treating members with suspect issues with suppliers as cheaters - instead of acknowledging that suppliers often make mistakes (false positives). More and more surveys done through this site are problematic.

Joined this site a year ago and earned enough to cash out, they wanted more info and I submitted a ticket and said would be 60 days, well 10 plus months have passed and still in pending state, I would say stay from this scum of the earth.

Totally scam, I've used Superpayme for six months they blocked my account several times labelling me as "cheater" for no reason whatsoever. I even uninstalled all browsers Add-ons and VPNs however they block my account falsely claiming geolocation change.

Sorry, time-consuming and ends nowhere. After answering questions about yourself, your income your employment, and on and on and on, you are disqualified from taking their survey, which I don't believe, they still can use your answers, they are just not giving you credit for it or your time. The people that promote it on Youtube are also sorry!

This site is good but has a problem, it marked me as a ''Cheater'' many times already, but from my end, I have done nothing wrong! This website has an anti-cheat system which is the worst I've seen!
I don't do any surveys on this website so I don't need to change my IP for better surveys(I earn from referrals only!) I'm a blogger I blog about Superpay.me from time to time to gain referrals!

Please Superpay.me do something about your system which is responsible for wrongly marking us as cheaters!

Joined here after seeing a list on reddit. Earned a few bucks and requested a payout even after successfully verifying my phone number, Next day account was frozen stating some offer verification. Wrote a ticket, still no reply. From what people have said it will take 60 days to check my honest offers if they will have any reversals or not (which have never happened ever). Stay away!
