I shopped online for Italian flour because I can't find it anywhere near my home. I am gluten intolerant and have learned that Italian flour is different from US flour (bin GMO, etc).
So I gave it a try and I am tolerating better than American flours. Not as much GI upset.
So far so good! This wheat flour is hard to find! Found it, ordered it, made the muffins! Outstanding!
