First time I shop from Supermarket Italy, they really have a proffesional tracking system and keep updating the status... overall all products quality is very good...
But Unfortunately they dont ship to Indonesia... So I have to transit to my niece in USA. Then she will arrange to Indonesia for me...

You have such a helpful staff, and a marvelous inventory. We love the tiny panettones--so classic! There is a commercial one dubbed "pudding" that appears in every supermarket. It is doughy and damp, not upright, adorned and tasty like yours, a veritable King's turban for Three Kings' Day.

The order went very well. The only drawback I see is that if the bottles were placed in boxes of six and then placed in another bigger box with padding for shipment would be better than individually wrapping the bottles in all of the plastic used! Otherwise a good price and experience. Thank You

If you don't use Luxardo cherries in your manhattan you have not had a proper one! It will take your cocktail from ordinary to extraordinary! I think the price price charged was very reasonable ( better than I can find in Florida) and the shopping experience was 5 star.

Overall I am pleased with my shopping experience, the package arrived super early and it was professionally put together. I did not give a five star simply because one of the two is really smaller than the other.

During Covid I could not get Girafallo gluten free pasta at my local grocery stores as supplies were limited. I discovered Supermarket Italy and ordered from them. Lifesaver as we are choosy about our gluten free products - they are not all the same especially when it comes to pasta! The Dolce and Gabanna Baci price is a much better price here than at my local grocery so I ordered 5. Thanks and have a Merry Christmas!

I do not place orders online unless I am sure the money is available for the purchase. Supermarketitaly.com tried to pressure me into buying my order before I was ready to place my order (reminding me there was still items in my cart and stating since it had no control over cart, my items may not be available if I wait)...I have enough common sense to know items may not be available when I'm ready to place my order. However, if they are not available, then I'm up the creek without a paddle and have simply lost out. I'm 78-years old and have been around the turnip truck several years, if you get my drift. Because of this experience, I may or may not ever order online from supermarketitaly.com again...it would depend on whether or not I can find what I want on some other website. Please stop pressuring customers to purchase when they are not ready to do so.

You can't beat Supermarket Italy range of products and their prices! So good and will always be a shopper with Supermarket Italy!
