My shopping experience was great! Everything arrived before Christmas! The thing I was most excited about was the panettone, unfortunately was a very bad product and expensive. It was sad because I was diagnosed with celiac disease a few years ago and panettone was part of our Christmas tradition from my Italian grandparents in Argentina. The panettone was inedible The rest of the products were ok.

Your invoice said that the shipment / order was for 2 each 3LB colpa. When the shipment arrived it did not look like or feel like 6 lbs of meat. AUpon weighing the sticks of colpa the both combined to weigh only 4 lbs 3.5 oz. ThAt is only 72% of 6 lbs. Is the meat sold by the pound? If is is then I was not given the correct order. Tony B

However, your customer service department should be more understanding that customers don't want to use the terrible "Shop" App to track their orders. It is not too much to ask if you ship in two deliveries that you provide the tracking numbers for both shipments dry AND refrigerated items. Refrigerated items are the issue as they are shipped usually after the dry items and here you will not get notification. This time you sent nothing after I politely requested 2X's.
