I'm disappointed at lack of communication. A few days after placing my order I received an email stating that I received a refund of $17.85 with no explanation provided. It would have been helpful to know an item was out of stock and been given an option to replace with similar items.
The same cheese (I found out after ordering) is available locally for $14 as opposed to $25.
Best place to shop. Good prices. Since I found this store about 4 years ago, I never stop shopping here. I mean fast delivery service.

Quick easy and great offer for free shipping for $75 purchases or higher,! Terrific and prompt service by Super Market Italy, just not such a good product as far as the olives I ordered- Santini brand is nothing special. Partanna is a much better quality brand of olives

The French Dijon region experienced crop shortages and I was unable to reorder Roland's Extra Strong Dijon when I checked Supermarket Italy. HOWEVER, I clicked the box to get product updates and was notified when it was back in stock. Despite the 20% price increase from previous orders, SI's price was still lower than Amazon. Order arrived 2 days early and the jars were well packed with no breakage. THANKS!

Ordering it's easy, prices sometimes higher than your local market. Service is by email and pretty responsive. Deliveries are OK, Supermarket prepares the products with a lot of care and wraps them very well, unfortunately the delivery company is not as careful and precise as they are.

I received conflicting information on the amount of additional product to order that would result in free shipping. When I included the additional product to qualify, the amount for free shipping increased! My shopping experience is best described as frustrating and unpleasant.
I always appreciate Supermarket Italy for their user friendly online shopping experience, and the ability to replenish my supply of the Italian Volcanic Organic Lemon Juice which my husband and I use daily to spike our ice water! My only disappointment has been my inability to find Greek Chalkidiki olives stuffed with blue cheese which I prefer in my martini. I tried the Sanniti olives stuffed with blue cheese, but they just don't compare.
I do also appreciate their customer support which is both courteous and helpful.

I wasn't able to find my favorite Aloe drink locally. Have some daily! After checking 5 stores and several online stores, I was excited to find it here. Very good care taken with packing, shipping and unbeatable pricing. I would order again and highly recommend!
The selection is like no other! If you want authentic Italian products at a very reasonable price these are the folks you go through. I have shopped online at other websites (Amazon, Walmart, and others) and nothing compares to Supermarket Italy. Look for yourself and you will find that they have the best prices.
