I have a 1/4 I currently wear. This was definitely not the same size. It looks like a 1/10th carat. I will be returning these for the correct size I wanted.
Had a good experience with customer service, but unfortunately the item I ordered wasn't quite right and I will need to return.
The diamond is okay. Sparkles nicely. Looks smaller than I expected. Not sure what "nearly a carat" means. I have a carat diamond ring that looks much bigger than this. The necklace is awful. It needs to be replaced or the necklace looks cheap and fake.
The ring is nice but it slides around on my finger. I took it to a local jeweler to check the size and the ring is nearly a size 7 1/2. I ordered a 6 3/4 size so the ring is 3/4 size too big!
Also, when viewing the ring from the side, the "scallops" of the the prongs that hold the diamonds in place are not uniformly spaced or the same in height, which makes the ring look poorly made.
Not a very impressive piece, these "ruby" studs in "gold." The offer that made them appear they were marked down from around $300 is shameful if not deceitful. Still, I suppose I should have known better, shouldn't I?
I'm February 27,2024 I purchased one of super jewelry bargains 14 karat gold earrings with a half a carat diamond I was not able to open an account no matter how many variations of a password I tried today is March 6. I thought I called and talk to a man Jay. She was not only arrogant and ignorant. He was very dismissive. I told Jay that every time I went on his account and tried to open my account. My Fedex account would come up, including all my information. My balance is my debit my credit all my identifying information this man Jay was arrogant. This is what your phone it's not our problem The last time I'll deal with a firm who takes my personal information of my identity so lightly to the point where is dismissive and invalidated anything I had to say good luck if you want your identity exposed this is the place to go super jeweler.
Extremely reasonable price and fast shipping for semi precious earrings. However, these earring are supposed to be 1.5 Carats total, but they look way too small to be.75 Carats each.
I've return the item, and they received on Feb 10,2025 by certified mail. As of today Feb 21,2025 no refund. I've called and spoke to lady name by Shelly and was told that they are having technical issues from the refund department. She said it will be fixed by next Friday, and no guarantee of getting refunds by next Friday. Wow not a good company!
Received the earrings and necklace and real disappointed this is the first time in over ten years. The color was supposed to be pink the color I got was clear on both pieces where is the pink color it shows on the items on your site
