This was absolutely not a Wyndham property. The grounds and parking lot were full of garbage. Our screen was laying on the ground outside the window.
The room was filthy. Mold in the window sill. Food wrappers everywhere. We slept on the top of the sheets with our own pillows and blankets. We didn't dare take showers bathrooms we're discussing.
DONT EVER STAY HERE 🤮

Worst place we have ever stayed. Doors and windows broken. Our window wouldn't close and didn't even have a screen. So called staff is worthless when it comes to complaints. Our microwave didn't work but never fixed it. There is no breakfast of any kind as advertised and no coffee pot in room either. I am real surprised they are not shut down by city inspectors. Trash in the hall ways and all over the back parking lot. Wish I had taken more pictures, but luckily we had places to be and only slept there and checked out early.

We stopped for the night as we travelled north to the birth of our great grandson. The refrigerator smelled like something died in it, the walls had streaks running down throughout, hole in drywall, used soap bottles, many issues. They up charged from what was advertised.

So I booked through super 8. Hotel 98.00 tax and everything included. Got there and they charged me 149.00. They said the on line wasn't the correct charge! BATE and SWITCH! I have the email confirmation. Very dishonest! I will never stay here again! Tell everybody do not stay at super 8! This one is in Marana Arizona on crackle Barrel Road.

It was late and weather was getting bad. Jan. 11,2024. No choice as where to stay. I had stayed many times at Super 8. This motel had no blankets on bed and no extras in dressers. No phone in room, The water in shower never got hot and the heater in room never heated the room to warm. Weather was to bad to go to the building where the office was. Doubled the bed spread and put bath towels as extra cover. Slept with coat on. Worst experience ever.

Called super 8 in Ava Mo the lady at the front desk who answered the phone was extremely RUDE! She absolutely would not direct my call where I needed it to go. She talked to me as though I was a 16 year old trouble maker. She didn't give her name nor was she even interested in getting my name. She was very short with her words had a very aggressive tone to her voice and treated me as though I inconvenienced her day. I do not know any hotel company that allows people like that to work customer service.

The place smells like 20yr old cigarette smoke. Made me sick The bedding is stained! Pillows have slobber marks on them. Ironing board no iron. No cofffee pot, no lamps and no phone. Chair has cigarette burns in it. Security lock broke. Bad area! Wash cloths and towels are stained " look dirty" went to Walmart and bought a sheet to put over bed & got blanket outta my car. Scared to go to sleep! Creepy here

Dirty nasty room. Mouse dripping on the sheets. Smells
Of marijuana breakfast was a joke food just throw out warm items like sausage an biscuit in a microwave bag. Just flat out nasty. Rude nasty people

Raton, NM isn't worth 1/4 of the $90 I paid. I at least at least Wyndham had some class of motels. Save your money!

We have stayed at other Super8 hotels and were happy with them, but can't recommend the Super8 Wyndham in Laramie, WY.
Things wrong:
1. Security lock missing
2. Dead bug under mattress cover
3. Outlets were loose
4. Not many outlets
5. Cold water was hard to adjust in the shower

I recently booked a room for a little less than 100$. I not only booked it for the price but my main reason was bc their website for this room said breakfast available in the morning. I woke up at 6 am bc I'm an early riser and went to the office to get breakfast to start my day. Only a coffee machine was available. I got a cup of coffee and went back to my room. I called the front desk to find out what time breakfast was served and I was told it was coffee only. I politely told them their website said breakfast and not just coffee. I was very disappointed in this. They should put coffee only and not breakfast. Coffee isn't breakfast. Had I known I would have chosen a different location. Instead I feel like I was deceived. Needless to say you need to update your website so you don't ruin someone else's morning. I will not be returning to another super 8 location ever again. Thank you for your time.

Stayed at the one in Topeka Kansas off of Wannamaker May 19th 2023.
From finding drugs in the night stand, to broken tile in the bathroom, to dirty and cigarette burned sheets and comforters ( not to mention the unknown origin of stains on sheets, floors and comforters), bugs in the bathroom, nasty floors, nasty furniture, no coffee, locks on doors broken, punch holes in bathroom door, dirty towels, sticky/ nasty phone and remote, creepy owner, cops showing up all night long to other floors and rooms. Was moved to a different room which was not any better. Pictures are from both rooms. It was completely DISGUSTING! DO NOT STAY HERE! I BROUGHT MY SERVICE DOG WITH ME AND SHE NOW HAS A FUNGAL INFECTION ON HER FEET!
Was told by creepy owner he would refund my stay...now saying he won't refund! Wants to give me a discount on my next stay. Next stay?!? Are they nuts?!? An abandoned shack would be more sanitary and safe compared to this place.
THEY ARE SHADY, SCAMMERS AND UNCLEAN!

I will not stay in another super 8 hotel the bed sheets had hair all on the sheet some clear stains on the wall and around the toilet wasn't clean and their was no elevator for me and I and disable he ad to walk up and down the stairs by my room if their was an elevator they ever told me almost fall down the stairs ever again

I did not expect much to begin with but it was worse. People running across floor over our room. Carbon Monoxide went off at 3 am waking us up. Tried calling the front desk phone did not work. If I did not have a scheduled event in the area for that fay we would have packed and left. We had to go to front desk to find out what was going on. Staff said the dryer sets off the alarm and they have turned it in to corporate but nothing got done. They called our room twice it rang but no one on the other end. This place is a hazard if a real emergency actual occurred.
Hole in bathroom door made sure to alert front desk so we did not get charged for damage.
