They ignored me this whole time, they advised they had the glasses ready to send, 5 weeks later they finally send only after i get paypal involved. Absolute liars.
I ordered glasses that advertised ships in 2-4 days... 30 days ago and counting. They keep stringing me along saying they will ship out the next day... however does not. Will update if/when I receive them... and they give price match they advertise.
I placed an order on 5/10/18. It is 6/7/18 and I STILL don't have my frame (no prescription ordered). I was never notified that my frames were back ordered. I've contacted customer service EACH week and have always been told, "they will ship this week" and they never are. Finally 4 days ago I was told they were back ordered RIGHT after I had ordered them. Yeah, right. Again, told they would ship this week. It's Thursday and I still haven't received a notification that they are being shipped. I've asked for my money back (yes, they took my money date of order) and I'm told I can't get my money back but I can return the frames once I receive them. What?! I cannot even receive them! AND I paid expedited shipping based on supposedly getting them within a week from date of order, May 10th. June 7th and I STILL don't have them!
