Terrible experience all around. This company is either completely incompetent or dishonest. Whichever the reason for Sunsvision's complete failure to simply order and ship sunglasses does not matter at this point. After 4 weeks - and having paid for expedited shipping - I'm done hoping for anything from them. STAY AWAY!
Ordered prescription glasses as a Christmas gift for my partner. Waited forever, emailed to check the progress of the order got a response saying that there has been a delay in their warehouse therefore all the orders are pushed back but my order is in process and it is going to be shipped soon. Good that I had a backup gift sorted because the order never came and one day just randomly got refunded, without any explanation. I emailed them again expecting some sort of answer but no news till this day. Well at least they refunded me. Stay away from Sunsvision.
This website is a scam. I ordered a pair of sunglasses on 10/26. They charged me but did not ship it yet by today. I called them many times and got a response only two times that the order was ready and got to be shipped within that week. But this never happened. This is the first time that I had this kind of online purchasing experience. I will file a complaint about them. Stay away from that website.
I suspect that the 'great deal' they offered is just a bait and switch. If they had at least had let me know that there would be a delay on the order, I could have canceled and bought somewhere else two weeks ago. Now I can't even reach them in order to get my money back. Beware of these people.
I purchased a pair of glasses on October 22,2019. I was told I would receive tracking after they processed my frames, which takes 2-4 business days. Today is November 11,2019. I have yet to receive any tracking or updates, Sunsvision hasn't returned any of my calls, emails or chats in the last week. I received one generic message stating 2-4 business days for processing then the manager Krill sent a message stating I would have my tracking information last Monday which has passed, I've been trying to contact the company numerous times since last Tuesday with no response. I contacted my bank and the BBB to file a dispute and complaint against this company. Also my order has said approved for the last 9 days and I still have yet to receive my order or tracking.
This website is a complete scam. They simply take your money and will not ship your product. Customer service is a joke they take a week to reply and their replies are nonsense. Thankfully I used paypal and was able to get my money back.
Payed $165 for glasses I thought I was getting a huge discount on and they never came. After calling them over 20 times I finally reached Kirill their "Customer Service" guy who assured me everything was all good. After two weeks go buy it took another 20 calls to get through to THE SAME AND ONLY GUY working there, Kirill. He sent me a tracking number and then never shipped out anything. Sent it to collections with my bank to get my money back. Stay away
The frame looked exactly the way in the picture along with the prescribed lenses. The price was unbeatable. I will always use Sunsvision and tell friends about them!
