These villas have huge water abatement issues. In the humid climate of Puerto Rico, black mold is sure to be present due to all the roof leaks into the units. The owner of this property refuses to take responsibility for anything rather he twists the facts and blames everything on his property manager. We rented 3 villas for 5 nights at the end of May, 2017, and the first night we were there the living room and one of the bedrooms were flooded by water overflowing from the rooftop pool. It turns out that the pool fill valve was left open by their maintenance man. On the second day, it rained and a bedroom of a lower villa (not the top floor, but the bottom floor) got flooded with rain water so bad that the couple staying in there had to relocate to a vacant villa that was not prepared for guests. I actually slipped on the wet tile and sprained my knee. The owner, William Jugenheimer, refused my request for reimbursement for a knee brace and 2 ultrasound treatments on my knee. He said that the contract states that wet floors are slippery and to exercise caution so he is not liable. Bottom line here is SAVE YOUR MONEY! Do not stay here. There are many nicer places in Rincon where that actually care about the safety and well being of their guests.
