Avoid at all costs! Returned a purchase within days of receiving. Only got a partial refund as they claimed a suit was missing. Which it was not. I was told yea well that's what shipping said so… when I explained again it was returned I was hung up on. Called back asked to speak to a supervisor and it was sent o the same person who hung up again. Called back and was told well maybe something happened after you shipped it? Really? And yet no one else to talk to besides these 2 people? Worst experience ever. Dishonest and horrible customer service. Do not buy! Not even BBB accredited!

I bought 2 sports jackets which I think are good quality and they offer a 30 day return for a $15 charge.
I bought 3 dress shirts for $49 each which have a NO RETURN policy. I understood why the no returns. They are the cheesiest shirts I have ever seen, and I have been wearing dress shirts to work for over 30 years. When wearing it I sat down for 5 minutes, and the shirt was as wrinkled as if I was wearing it for 12 hours! I'm giving them to Goodwill.

Suits Outlets does not offer a regular fit for some of their tuxedos and the groom picked a slim fit style. They do not allow swapping of jackets & pants, everything comes as a predetermined pair and nobody on earth is that perfectly proportional. I have spent $60 returning two tuxedos, plus the $160 to buy the original tuxedo, and I still have to get it altered because I had to go so far up in sizes just to fit my thighs and calves that the waist is now 4 inches too big and I am swimming in a jacket that is too wide and with arms too long. I can only imagine how expensive these alterations will be. Frankly go to Men's Wearhouse, pay $150 for the rental, free on-site alterations, and save yourself this nightmare.

Great for my birthday party. I have been very happy with this experience and I would recommend this shop to anyone. I ordered the suit on 10/11 and ordered in 2 days(I live in pa). It was very professionally packed. Then I immediately ordered my second order. Everything was great

Upon return, they take 10% for the return fee. They also keep shipping cost of 30 dollars and you have to order all over again to get a dress. I went to Amazon and got a better dress cheaper and faster with the same if not better quality.

Here in San Diego there are very few mens's fashion stores that has everything that I am looking for in a suit such as cut, quality, color and pricing ( in that order) but SuitsOutlets is a one stop shopping experience. Every suit I've gotten has been on point. From the 3 piece Atrani to the double breasted Rockefeller I have gotten compliments at church and when dining out. I recommend any of the Sharkskin suits. When put together correctly I guarantee that you will receive multiple compliments. You can't beat the price that's for sure and I have not run into any delayed delivery issues as of this posting.

A beautiful suit, however it doesn't fit despite is having the same dimensions as clothes I wear everyday. This company's measurements are a bit skewed, so you need to order a suit larger than your measurements.

I ordered a navy blue blazer jacket and a walking suit (2pc). Upon ordering online, I included my email AND phone number when placing the order. 2 wks later, I email the co inquiring on my order. They responded back saying that they have been trying to reach me with no luck seeing that they did not have a phone number nor email... Suits Outlets informed me that they would not be able to fill my order until 2022. 2022! A year later! TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE. From the ordering to communicating to the customer. :(
