I ordered a navy blue blazer jacket and a walking suit (2pc). Upon ordering online, I included my email AND phone number when placing the order. 2 wks later, I email the co inquiring on my order. They responded back saying that they have been trying to reach me with no luck seeing that they did not have a phone number nor email... Suits Outlets informed me that they would not be able to fill my order until 2022. 2022! A year later! TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE. From the ordering to communicating to the customer. :(
Tip for consumers:
Too bad Suit Outlets couldn't be up front about this upon placing the order, then lied about it saying they tried to reach me but had no contact information. (When placing the order, I included my email/telephone number).They failed to reach me until 2 wks later when I emailed them. :(
Products used:
NEVER got my order delivered. They claim it won't be delivered now until 2022!
