This company is a rip off. Like the other review read, the clothes are too small and when you try to exchange, they want me to pay more money after I paid $54. I requested a refund and will probably not get it unless I stop the payment for an item I cannot use. I ordered a 2X. In the photo below, the 1st one is what i ordered in a 2X. The 2nd photo shows all white shorts 2X's next to what i received. This will be the last time I purchase anything online from China. If you're reading this before a purchase, please be aware, they will not exchange without charging you additional money to do so.

The ordering process was extremely easy and the prices were great too good to be true.When the packaged arrived everything was too small I emailed the company about an exchange they want me to pay and additional forty dollars for an exchange or keep the clothes that are to small and get compensated fifty dollars.but I spent 128.85The biggest lie every easy returns and exchanges you have been warned do not shop with this company
Order 2 walking suits not sweat suits supposed to be 2XL they are two small and come with draw string pants having hard time returning for refund never order from here again
I was very disappointed with the quality my purchase, a two piece tracksuit. They offered to refund me $7 and let me keep the outfit. Otherwise, they alluded to the cost of a return would be expensive due to customs, etc. Save yourself a headache!

I ordered a shirt and pant outfit for my spouse that was ABSOLUTELY HIDIOUS, especially the fabric which was CHEAP, CHEAP, CHEAP! The size was also not accurate. I would never ever purchase anyting from this company again even if it was FREE. And do not believe their refund policy, that is not going to happen! Money throwed in the TRASH!
I bought 3 of their men suit and to my surprise they look more like cheap jersey t shirt cheap materials and doesn't look bit like what is been displayed on net. It's like people are paid to do a review on their products. I can even give it to someone as a gift.and they don't reply to emails once the order is shipped. And worse of all their products are shipped from China

Do Not order from Suitmens. I ordered the Textured two piece short sleeve suit. The shirt was faded and they sent the wrong color pants. The return process is frustrating.
I ordered about 12 outfits from this company and they are the worst outfits ever. They are made with the cheapest material ever. Doesn't look anything like the pictures on the website, and one of the outfits was white and it came in with dirt all over it and I sent pictures to the company and ask for a refund and they never replied. Waste of money and a waste of time. I will never order from this company again.

I ordered 5 walking suits from Suitmens. On the site it says shipped in 24 hours. More like 24 days. After 4 days I cancelled my order as it had not been shipped.

I placed an order back on Feb 2nd.Today is March 19th and I still haven't received anything.When I tried to tracked my order response was order not found,
I placed a order on February 16,2024.I didn't recieve my merchandise until March 18,2024.Poor quality and poor communication.Im scared to return it because I may not get my money back until next year.First and last time for me.Horrible Co. I really deserve my money back.Please don't waste your time.

Shabby workmanship. Inferior quality on material, Defect. No where close to actual side. Took 6 weeks to get my product just to find that I would have done better to go to a garage sale. I too did not read the comments but should have...my husband fell in love with this company so for Christmas they had an add saying order now and get it shipped within 24hr and receive by Christmas. I ordered my husband 10 outfits because I wanted to just see his face light up for Christmas. Instead I looked like a jackass because nothing was here in time for Christmas so I ended up getting my husband nothing for Christmas. I paid for them via paypal and asked for a refund but the day that I requested a refund all of a sudden a shipping /tracking nr is created so paypal asked me to give them time to get the item and I gave them until 1/12/24 because my husband's birthday is 14 Jan so I just know the items should be here by then but if not, I will be getting a refund. Paypal is really good about getting your money back from these unreliable companies but they cannot get back the fact that my husband Christmas gift from me and possibly birthday gift from me is ruined because he looooooove those outfits! Shame on you Suitmens!
I purchased 2 leisure suits and when they arrived after a month. The suits didn't look the same as there advertisement. The material was paper thin. I tried to return the items and was told the only refund that I would get is $8.00. I purchased two suits for a total of $104.90. They never would disclose there return policy after me asking several times. I will never purchase another thing from them.
