It's really disheartening that I had to lighten my girl's skin tone to get good scores. The same fashion sense just different hair and skin color. Just awful. I've included pictures below from where I had lower scores with CLEARLY the better fashion.
I purchased 2 leisure suits and when they arrived after a month. The suits didn't look the same as there advertisement. The material was paper thin. I tried to return the items and was told the only refund that I would get is $8.00. I purchased two suits for a total of $104.90. They never would disclose there return policy after me asking several times. I will never purchase another thing from them.
I ordered a walking suit for my man a few weeks ago for Father's Day. Heard from Suitmens saying it was delivered on 8.6.23...contacted/emailed Suitmens TWICE about this situation & up till now...I have got NO RESPONSE from them. Looks like they've taken my money and NOT REALLY delivered the item.

Shabby workmanship. Inferior quality on material, Defect. No where close to actual side. Took 6 weeks to get my product just to find that I would have done better to go to a garage sale. Don't buy from this company. They don't stand behind their work. In a nutshell they told me tuff luck. U take your chances and u fail.
Don't order here! We bought a men's walking suit and the quality was poor. So I emailed the company twice. No response either time. Then I attempted their chat. No response there. I was unable to get in touch with them to begin a return. So I called my card holder and they dealt with it. Very sketchy company.
They make it difficult to return items that don't fit and offer you $8 refund for a $80 outfit. Because of shipping overseas. Don't buy anything from them. They take a long time to respond, but give you only 14 days to return items.
I wish I would have read these reviews before I ordered. I ordered them for my dad and my delivery date was 3 days ago. I got a counterfeit tracking number per the post office, which doesn't work. They never respond to you. And I've messaged them 4 times. It's awful. And I'll never order from them again. So they definitely take your money and send no product.

Wish I had read the reviews. I ordered walking suit 2 sizes larger than normal, but I should have ordered a 6xl instead. No response to my emails for return information. Be careful, if its made in China, order 4 times what you wear. Never again. Guess I should be glad I got something, even if I have lose weight to wear it.
I got 2XL and pants won't even go over past my knees. I need to get probably 4XL. I sent a request 4 refund just now so hopefully I hear back soon
I purchased 3 suits from Suitmens for my husband. It took about 2 months to receive the order. My husband only liked one of the 3 suits, so I followed Suitmens return policy and timely emailed them asking for instructions to return the 2 suits my husband couldn't fit with pictures & an explanation. Several emails to and from Suitmens proved to be fruitless. I never received the instructions to return the items. They kept avoiding the issue by offering a discount on items I could do nothing with! Now I'm stuck with items my husband does not like & cannot wear and I could not get refunded. I placed a 2nd order for 3 items I thought would look nice on my husband but the purple pants I ordered were lavender in color & not the color I ordered & the size was off on all three pieces! I will NEVER shop at Suitmens again because their customer service is crap and their policy is a lie! I have lost my hard earned money

I placed a order on February 16,2024.I didn't recieve my merchandise until March 18,2024.Poor quality and poor communication.Im scared to return it because I may not get my money back until next year.First and last time for me.Horrible Co. I ordered a white walking suit 3 weeks ago and still haven't received the order yet. I tried to call their is not a number to reach them. My order say it was delivered but delivered where? I haven't received my order yet.The tracking number doesn't match any postal service. I think I've been scammed. I will not be ordering anything from them again. Do yourself a favor and don't order anything from this site you won't get your order and they won't reach out to you about a refund. First and last time I will order something.
I was very disappointed by what I received it was not at all what was in the picture. I wished that I would have read the reviews. The 3 suits I purchased was not worth the price and the quality was awful along with cheap materials. Please be careful this was a scam and I fell for it
I purchased two outfits from this company and it was a disappointment. The pants I couldn't pull up they was suppose tobe 2X looks like a small. I wouldn't wear them anyway they look different from the picture and the quality of the material was awful on both outfits except for the sweater material shirt. I have wrote in to the company to return the item and I just get the run around. I'll never order here again and definitely should've read there reviews & definitely should've stuck with Amazon.

In my previous review I indicated that SUITMENS.COM wanted me to send them pictures of me in the so called 2XL suit they sent me. I told them I will not be sending personal pictures and just want to return and get refund. Today I get a response from them asking for my measurements! Height, weight, and waist. Its obvious at this point I will not get my money back and that they're a con. Looks like FB may have taken down their adds, but if not I think we should all file a complaint with FB.
I too did not read the comments but should have...my husband fell in love with this company so for Christmas they had an add saying order now and get it shipped within 24hr and receive by Christmas. I ordered my husband 10 outfits because I wanted to just see his face light up for Christmas. Instead I looked like a jackass because nothing was here in time for Christmas so I ended up getting my husband nothing for Christmas. I paid for them via paypal and asked for a refund but the day that I requested a refund all of a sudden a shipping /tracking nr is created so paypal asked me to give them time to get the item and I gave them until 1/12/24 because my husband's birthday is 14 Jan so I just know the items should be here by then but if not, I will be getting a refund. Paypal is really good about getting your money back from these unreliable companies but they cannot get back the fact that my husband Christmas gift from me and possibly birthday gift from me is ruined because he looooooove those outfits! Shame on you Suitmens!
Since August I have been trying to solve a problem. THEY DON'T CARE SINCE THEY GOT MY MONEY. I ORDERED 2XL - RECEIVED A LARGE IN A 2XL Bag. I notify them they continue to tell me to pay 22.00 but sends me an email. REALLY! SEND ME MY CORRECT ITEM!
I have requested a return label and a full refund due to the product being defective. There is a rip in the cuff (bottom of the sleeve)very obvious. They take days to respond and they trying to get me to keep it and give me a 20% coupon, then offered a credit. I do not want either because I will not be ordering from them again. Please see this email they just sent me. They not willing to send a return label for their defective product.

I should not have to pay to return a defective product. Also, if the product don't make it through customs or get lost that's on me. This is bad business, and poor customer service. I only asked for a return label and a full refund.

I was shipped a black 2 piece warmup that had blue stripes down the back of one leg. They requested a photo which I sent. Then they offered me $8 to keep it to avoid custom fees to ship it back

I ordered 5 walking suits from Suitmens. On the site it says shipped in 24 hours. More like 24 days. After 4 days I cancelled my order as it had not been shipped.
