This company needs to be shut down. I ordered a jumper in May, still haven't received it, no number to call, no responses to e-mails. Truly a scam. Buyer beware and lesson learned... always check reviews before ordering from unfamiliar businesses.
I ordered 2 cute dresses, they look nothing like they did in the pic. I'm a pretty easy person to fit, and these didn't fit, at all. I emailed them requesting the "free returns" they advertised, and got no reply at all. I was expecting Zappos type return service, but Ladies, stick with Zappos because this StylishShop company (who ships from China) is terrible.
I ordered from the website through Facebook and when the outfit came, the material was completely see through and of very poor quality. I sent an email to return the item, but they just give you a runaround and never get back to you on how to return. I hardly ever write reviews, but felt compelled to here as I think this company is not legitimate and they are false advertising outfits that don't look anything like what is promised. Poor customer service and no phone number to call anyone to complain/fix the problem. Buyer Beware here.
I just wish I read the reviews before I shopped here. They have some phoney sale going on for 2 items for $100. I never received anything and it's going on month 2. I emailed them and they emailed me back saying item was shipped but I never got a tracking number. What's worse is I only trusted them because a celebrity (Sky from black ink crew) reposted Definitely learned my lesson. Used cash app so most likely won't ever see that $100 again

Order took forever, completely different item arrived made of the cheapest material.
Attempted 23 times to email and is all I get back is a generic email first offering 50% discount to keep it or to return at my own cost.

Simple-stylish. Shop is a scam. I made a purchase from an ad from instagram and four weeks later I still have not received the product. The seller will not reply to any of my emails. Thankfully my bank has issued me a full refund. I can not stress enough please stay away from this company and please spread the word. They need to be stopped and shut down.
I ordered a big Dead Silence Billy Doll Movie Prop for $65. It took weeks to get an answer about not receiving my Billy Doll. Yes they are in China and sent confusing emails about my purchase. A week ago they sent me a Cheap Funko Plastic Billy Doll Collector Figure! Now they won't answer any of my emails I send them. I want my money back! What a waste of time and money! These crooks need to be shut down and put out of business!
I meticulously studied the size chart before ordering, and am a true us 6-8 dress size. I got what fits like a size 4 if i'm lucky. When i asked how to initiate a refund i was told it's very expensive to ship back to china but if i wanted to, i could and would have to provide them with a tracking #. OR i could get a 15% refund and keep this awful dress. I just got refunded $6. I spent $40. So yeah... WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.
This company is from China or somewhere in Asia and they will try really hard to not give you a return and then when you do return it it cost more to return it than the dress than it does to buy it. It's a scam in my opinion don't do it. Look at reviews online for this company. All these places do the same thing. The items aren't as pictured or a very cheaply made version of the picture. They kept trying to give me a discount on something else instead of returning the item for about 30 days and then they said sorry we
Can't refund the item it's been 30 days. I tried for weeks to get an address to no avail. Don't do it!

Do not buy from Stylish shop! You will see the add on Facebook with really cute dresses that shows people are buying. When I researched it showed that the company is in Florida but the products come from China. When you receive the product, the packaging doesn't have the company name on it and the item quality nor appearance is the same shown on website. It was very cheaply made. It took me several weeks to get a return number, the return address was not registered with Fed Ex, and I still have not received a credit for items returned. I have sent several emails inquiring on the refund with no response from the company. Save your money and buy from a legit company!
I spent 80 dollars on a set of Jack and Sally figurines. One for my daughter-in-law and one for my daughter. This should be illegal! I am posting a picture of what I ordered and what I got! I was so embarrassed! I dont have 80 dollars to though away. One of them was a birthday gift! I sent it straight to her house! I can not tell you again how mortified I was. I ordered it when I saw an advertisement from facebook. Really facebook shouldn't allow them to advertise a company that clearly is just ripping you off! If I could give a negative star I would
Ordered what I thought was a nice semi formal dress & coat. Ordered on 18.07.2021 & paid extra for fast post, BUT only received it today. Didn't look anything like what I ordered. I ordered a 2XL which is normally a loose fit, but couldn't even get it on! Won't be buying from them again.

I bought an outfit from them and a month later it came 2 sizes too small and now I can't return it or get a refund. They want me to take pictures of it on me before they'll even issue a partial refund. Like... WTF? If it doesn't fit I'm not going to take pics of me trying to get the stupid thing on. Fortunately it wasn't that expensive so I'll eat the cost. Lesson learned.
Ordered a jumpsuit which arrived after 5 weeks. It is made from a ghastly, shiny material and does not resemble the one I ordered. The jumpsuit is truly unwearable but there is no way to return it or get a refund. This company needs to be stopped
BE AWARE! Bought Jack Skelegton lamp and, after 2 mouths and lots of email asking about the shipping, received a cat figure not for sure of the same value!
Didn't reply to my email and PayPal don't give any redound because they had proven to sent something.
After a long waiting time I received one piece of my order. Two other pieces never arrived. Customer service reacts but sends you around in circles. Not helpful at all.
Will never ever order again... Worst experience ever.
What a joke! $30+ dress arrived weeks after order was placed. Fabric was cheap and see through. Did not look like Facebook pic. Return is such a hassle. Request return, wait for email from co., trip to the post office, need to fill out a US Customs form to return, return costs $15+. We'll see if I actually get my money back.
I have never, ever, ever, write a review before, but I felt I need to do it this time. I cannot believe how shameless the people that run this "company" are. I purchased a rug a month ago ($70) never received a receipt, confirmation email, tracking number, NOTHING. I got tired of emailing them asking for a refund, etc. I did not get the rug, they just stole my money, and of many thousand other innocent victims. The worse of it all, is not the money, but the impunity with which theses rotten individuals can operate. DO NOT PURCHASE ANY THING FROM THIS PLACE.

6 weeks after I ordered and paid, I finally received the blouse and dress. I bought large and both too small. Fabric was cheapest of cheap and the blouse felt like there was plastic in it. The sewing was not professional, threads hanging off everywhere. Child labor I'm afraid! The dress was 100% old fashioned thin flimsy nylon, more like a nightgown that a dress. So disappointed. I paid $23.50 to return back to China! No indication on the site that that's where the clothes are coming from. Thankfully, after hours of hassling with PayPal, over a period of a week or more, I was refunded by payment, 8 weeks later. What a headache!
Ordered the Julia Coat. Shipping took 3 weeks, but when it finally arrived, boy was I disappointed. The coat doesn't fit like in the pictures of course. And the material is the cheapest someone could find. The lining is thin and the "teddy fleece" is so thin it's nearly transparent. Customer service is non existent. Luckily I paid with credit card through Paypal. Hopefully I could get my money back. Unfortunately I just read the real reviews after I received my order, otherwise I wouldn't even order anything from them. They have a refund policy that they do not honor.
