It was as described so I can't complain about that… but the mug honestly looks like a sticker was slapped on a black mug. I guess I was anticipating better quality. But it's not unacceptable, it's no different than advertised. I just hoped for better quality.

Pretty fast delivery for what I ordered. Weekend shipping is good. They have a lot of nice items for decent prices and sometimes sales for said items. I just wish they would restock and have more items in different sizes.

I have shopped with you guys many times in the past. Your product line is beyond compare in terms of variety and quality. I would recommend that you ease up on being so strict with your return policy. I have had difficulty sending in or receiving a refund because I was over the 30 day limit. Eddie Bauer and Borders (when they were still around) did not give me such difficulties. I want the business relationship to continue.

I had some issues with pages freezing or not loading properly. I purchased a large amount of shirts and probably would have purchased considerably more but there was no quantity discount. As a result I ended up buying a third of what I wanted through Amazon where I could hunt down suitable replacements for much cheaper.

Easy website to shop on, decent selection, up front shipping charges. Bought something previously, and still love it. Arrived pretty quickly, I ordered it late at night got the confirmation email saying it was shipped got it the next day.

I was disappointed that so often I would find a shirt I liked and you would be out of my size or you would have a link saying you had shirts in relation to a specific movie or band but then there were actually no products. Removing old links would be good so that customers don't get excited only to be let down. I've bought from you many times over the years and it didn't used to be like that.
