Stylin Online

I used to order all my T-shirts from this site but the last time I got burned and won't be using them again. They don't manufacture their own shirts so the quality varies a lot. My bad order was for a couple of Marvel character t-shirts. When I got them they were of such poor quality I threw them in the trash. I had the same problem before when they had stated some shirts were 100% cotton but when I got them they were blends. I went through the trouble that time to return them for credit but what a hassle.

I got shipping for 2-3 days and it came 4 days after i ordered it which I was bummed out about but overall it came at a perfect time! I got it as a gift for my boyfriends birthday. He loves the quality and design on the shirt and it fits him perfectly. I recommend to get this for yourself or for someone who loves spider-man because its great!

It was so simple to order my item. They delivered on time and didn't have to wait too long for the item. I was not disappointed in the item either. Thank you!

Poor customer service on exchanges or issues with items. Site does not have a clear log out. Sizing chart on site inaccurate. Quality of the t-shirts are low. Better quality shirts for the same price at Hot Topic or Jinx.com. Exchange system is plain awful. Site is awkward and annoying to navigate. All these issues have been brought up by several other customers in reviews yet, none of them have been fixed. I called to speak to someone about my order (shirts were purchased in the wrong sizes due to the inaccurate sizing chart on the site and the super thin material the shirts are made of) no less than 16 times over 3 days during the business hours listed on the site, so, also very unprofessional and unreliable. 100% Customer Satisfaction doesn't seem to mean anything at all.

After ordering a T shirt more than 2 months ago, I'm completely in the dark. I live in Canada and was expecting a 2 week shipping time. However this is not the case. I've tried tracking the package but the order number I've been given does not exist. I've emailed them 3 times, and have heard nothing back. I have also called twice, once at the start of the week, and once today. An automated voice puts me on hold, only for them to put me to voice mail. I'm starting to except that I've lost $40, and that the people running this half assed company care nothing about customer satisfaction. This is the absolute worst experience I've had with online shopping. Shame on them. If you're considering buying something from Stylin Online, save yourself some time and money, simply DON'T.

The tee shirts I purchased were quality material and reasonably priced.
I even got complements on my Grimm tee because the shirt was on special fourth of July sale. They have great pop culture themed tees and merchandise.

I can't review the quality of the product yet as it is a gift and won't be opened or worn until Christmas. However, ordering was quick and easy, and it came quickly as well. No frills packing, but it's a shirt... I didn't expect it to. I can't take a photo of the shirt, as its already wrapped and under the tree by the time I received this invitation to review. Ordered a Halo shirt, for my 12 yo son who loves the Halo vid games.

I made a purchase of 10 boxes. Waited over a month to receive them, of course they took my money out of my account. Contacted them asking them where my package was. They refunded me my money saying it was a test item on a test website. Great way to do business! If I could give zero stars, I would

Been watching this site for two years because there's an item my son wants that's only at this site. Unfortunately, it's fairly expensive so I try to watch for the rare sale that comes up for this game related apparel (a robe). Despite the total almost coming up to $52, Sylin Online still wants to charge nearly $13 for shipping when most companies provide free shipping ESPECIALLY around the holidays. Stylin also has NEVER provided free shipping for anything less than $75 so if you want a tshirt, you're $#*! out of luck. So basically even if you catch a sale of say 15%, 20% or 25% off... the shipping eats up those savings. Even Ebay is much cheaper. These guys are clearly a bunch of crooks and will make their money off of overcharging on shipping. Stay away!
